Job Description:
Leads the effort in the pre-closing and closing process on complex real estate loans, including construction, term, lines of credit, and letters of credit, some of which may be syndicated. Independently reviews loan approval and loan documents prepared by counsel to ensure consistency and adherence to requirements. Works closely with Relationship Account Officer, borrower, counsel, construction consultants and title companies. Monitors documentation requirements. Responsible for managing construction draw process, including reviewing construction draw packages, identifying and helping to resolve construction and title issues, keeping accurate records of loan budget, and ensuring loan is in balance in accordance with approval. Preferred three or more years of previous real estate loan administration experience or real estate paralegal experience; proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook; excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective problem solving skills.

Collects and consolidates demand and identifies opportunities, within the Bank. Executes to and oversees the development of business process related solutions for internal clients and members. What you'll do:
Engages in the implementation of process initiatives that support the bank's strategic roadmap.
Develops customer specific business process enhancements for the Bank that aligns business deliverables, bank strategy and risk management framework.
Applies knowledge of the Bank operations models and aligns business deliverable processes and capabilities with business needs.
Provides consultation, solutions and change management to the business on risk management processes by using established methodologies, including Agile principles, and exercising control plans to ensure alignment with bank specific goals and process requirements.
Develops communication and change management plans for customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensures alignment between internal stakeholders and customers across assigned business process projects and services using proactive communication and engagement strategies.
Utilizes reporting, data, and analytics to measure process and project performance, adjust services and operational activities, and inform key stakeholders.
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
Bachelor's Degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
4 years of experience in business process consulting, process design and/or program/project management.
Proficient knowledge of bank products and processes.
Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements.
Experience in applying quality management, process improvement, and leveraging process improvement tools and methodologies.
Experience/ knowledge of Risk Management frameworks and Banking Regulatory requirements.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $125,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.

The Lead Project Manager in Core Deposits Delivery Team (Hogan, etc.) is responsible for overseeing large, high-priority projects that typically impact multiple Lines of Business (LOB) and/or functional areas, requiring significant coordination and integration of resources. This role manages projects from initial concept through final implementation, adhering to the established Standard Project Lifecycle (PLC). The Lead Project Manager collaborates with all stakeholders, including end users, vendors, and up/downstream impacted teams and applications to ensure comprehensive project engagement and success. Key responsibilities include enforcing adherence to quality standards, conducting thorough reviews of project deliverables, and providing expert guidance and support to less experienced project managers. The position requires proficiency in Deposit Product Lifecycle and organizational change management methodologies and techniques, as well as the ability to identify and recommend alternative solutions when necessary. Primary Job Responsibilities:

This role may require the direction of third-party resources and/or virtual teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Takes projects from original concept through final implementation using standard Project Management, Change Management and Risk Management methodologies and concepts.
Sets expectations for diverse project stakeholders through planning activities and maintains transparency via communication & reporting channels. Establishes and maintains a strong collaborative trusted advisor relationship.
Works with business leader to define scope; manages project scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition that support the diverse business goals and interests of multiple stakeholders
Develops integrated project plan; identifies and manages project dependencies and critical paths; and tracks/reports project checkpoints as well as status while adhering to project policy standards; ensures potential impacts to external client experience are addressed in project solution/plan.
Understands various project delivery methodologies such as waterfall, agile, etc. Feels comfortable coordinating with all types of projects
Leads communication planning, execution and reporting with project team members; liaises with key stakeholders.
Develop change management planning, design and implementation including communication and training.
Identifies, tracks, escalates and resolves issue conflicts; performs impact analysis and prioritization; manages dependencies and track/monitors; and escalates risk with corrective/mitigating actions.
Partners to drive business case development; performs project initiation activities; and administers project checkpoints to drive delivery and mitigate/resolve bottlenecks.
Responsible for gathering estimates from resources needed to achieve project goals; tracks utilization; determines and assesses need for additional staff and/or vendors; may support on/off-boarding; and monitors/manages performance for vendor labor resources.
Responsible for, consolidates, and continuously manages the overall project financials; including the forecasting and budgeting as required by project and company standards. Independently facilitates and executes budgetary requests.
Additionally, the Lead Project Manager conducts lessons-learned reviews to inform future project success and oversees the execution of vendor contracts, ensuring strict adherence to contractual provisions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of project management experience.
