I liked the Project Managers that I worked with. They were super open and collaborative.
I didn't like their requirement of working 3 days a week in the office. I had to leave my job because I relocated to another city that did not have a B of A technical site. They would not allow 100% remote.
There are a lot of educational experiences to take part in.

Excellent benefits, inclusive environment, great people to work with, and many opportunities.
No flexibility on work from office and colocation stance even though in reality you work with people across the country and the world when completing projects. They offer little support to no support learning opportunities outside of a traditional college or university setting.

Working from home, but they took it away
The pay was decent for not having a degree. The call center building was clean and up to date.
The upper management was completely awful. Their goals set for us were reachable but when you didn't hit them, privileges such as VTO got taken away. No matter how nasty the customers get towards us, we still had to act professionally and take their abuse.
Health benefits and being able to flex hours & give them away because there was always someone at another call center willing to pick up extra time.
Benefits are substantial and diverse. A full array of choices, including short term and long term. To hopefully out way the sales redderick mentality.
Work ethics in relation to the customer are narrow thinking, where the company's mission is to propel the teams goals and experience above the customers value and knowledge. Customer services skills are very limited, where communication with a educated and inquisitive customer is stiffled and sent away, with a "oh, well too bad for you Mr. Customer, since you don't want to buy in on what I have to sell, mentality."
