The Treasury Management Officer is responsible for managing the sale, support, and implementation of treasury management products to new and existing customers and acts as a liaison to the Bank's Retail and Commercial divisions. The Treasury Management Officer manages the treasury management and depository business development activities of the Bank's Retail and Commercial Banking segments. Responsible for anticipating needs and proactively recommending depository and treasury management solutions. The Treasury Management Officer serves as a resource to existing customers and resolves product and service issues related to treasury management and depository products. Essential Functions:
Own sales/business development responsibilities in order to grow operational relationships, Non-Interest Income (NII) and low-cost deposits on behalf of the bank.
Foster ongoing relationships with all line units by conducting business development activities, providing product/solution information, attending sales meetings, conducting training, and driving client retention efforts.
Prepare treasury management proposals, recommend treasury management pricing, and other treasury management requests from internal clients. Complete treasury management implementation documentation and coordinate implementation/training with Business Services.
Serve as the Treasury Management technical expert and resolve more complex situations, exercising, independent judgement while complying with policies, procedures and regulations.
Provide information to colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders and external customers.
Collaborate with branch and market managers and commercial bankers in a consultative selling capacity.
Responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing strategies to sell Treasury Management products to new customers and to help retain and fully penetrate existing relationships.
Collaborate and consult with Treasury Management Team, internal partners, stakeholders, and external customers within Treasury Management, as appropriate.

Program overview
This 10-week internship is designed for undergraduates graduating between December 2027 - June 2028. You will complete initial training in financial fundamentals before joining a coverage or product group, where you will support live deals, prepare client materials, collaborate with bankers, and receive ongoing mentorship and feedback.
What to expect
The program offers summer analysts the opportunity to contribute directly to transaction execution and client coverage. Responsibilities may include:
* Supporting financial analysis and contributing to transaction execution
* Conducting company and industry research
* Assisting in the preparation of client materials and pitch presentations
* Participating in diligence sessions, client meetings, and internal discussions
