The Branch Manager will manage operations and provide quality customer service by managing resources, analyzing branch activity, ensuring that customer issues are handled, and promoting sales referrals, while complying with Bank policies and procedures. Provide ongoing staff development relating to technical and product knowledge, referrals and customer retention. Will have a wealth of experience in both bank operations and sales. Generally recommend a minimum of 10 years previous bank experience, including a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, and excellent knowledge of bank operations and sales functions, or mastery of all Assistant Branch Manager functions. Generally manages large volume branches.
Essential Job Duties:
Oversee the flow of cash and financial instruments in accordance with company policy and regulatory standards.
Enforce established procedures for custody and control of assets and records.
Supervise branch personnel (hire, assign work, create schedules, and review performance).
Conduct ongoing coaching and mentoring to help raise employee sales, service, and operation skill levels.
Ensure a high level of customer service is provided. Balance operation controls and customer service in order to minimize risk to the Bank.
Regularly review branch budget and execute strategies to control expenses and achieve budgeted growth.
Lead sales culture in the branch. Coach and motivate staff to help them achieve targeted sales objectives, including cross-sell ratios, deposit and loan growth profitability targets, and sales of cash management and other third-party products.
Partner with Regional Manager and Banking Partners to maximize customer relationships. Either accompanies them on "warm" sales calls as needed, or initiates contact for additional business. Branch Managers will spend 10-20% of their time on sales calls.
Participate in community organizations and non-profits to promote goodwill and generate new business.
Promote sales referrals by demonstrating leadership and sales culture.
Establish and provide training necessary to perform the job effectively in the technical and product knowledge.
Provide cross-training opportunity and direction for skill and career development.
Encourage attendance and participation in the Bank's training and teller certification programs.
Monitor and control personnel and operating expenses.
Other duties may be assigned.
Professional Experience: 5 - 7 years related experience and/or training.
Educational Experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
The hiring pay range for this position is $77,036 - $131,499. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.

The Financial Reporting and Accounting Policy Manager is responsible for leading the preparation, review and governance of the Bank's external financial reporting and regulatory reporting process and filings in accordance with principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) and respective regulatory guidelines. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and manages all financial reporting such as SEC reporting process and respective filings, including Annual Reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q, and 8-K filings, in an accurate and timely manner.
Provides support for the preparation of internal reports to management, the Board of Directors, and Committees.
Manages the preparation of support and related documentation for quarterly earnings release and investor presentation, including NASDAQ notifications, GlobeNews Wire interface for all PRs, and respective 8-K filings.
Leads and manages banking regulatory filings including the Bank Call report and required reports filed with the Federal Reserve Board, in an accurate and timely manner.
Works with Finance and Accounting team to ensure that the bank's financial records and reports are in up-to-date condition reflecting changes in the general ledger, in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes overseeing the general ledger reconciliation and certification process to ensure complete and accurate reporting of the financial activity of the Bank.
Maintains ongoing collaboration and coordination with other departments to obtain and review support used in the preparation of earnings releases and external filings, to ensure transactions are captured appropriately in the financial statements.
Manages and oversees the maintenance of the SEC reporting software, including review of Xtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
Leads accounting policy development and provide expert advice and accounting guidance for technical accounting and regulatory issues.
Assists the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) with the ongoing monitoring and interpretation of new GAAP, SEC, regulatory pronouncements, assesses and documents the accounting guidance and related impact, as well as implements the appropriate accounting disclosure treatment, as needed.
Assists the CAO with developing and maintaining procedures and documentation, as appropriate.
Partners with Finance and Accounting team to ensure accounting policies and procedures are current and provide training as needed.
Identifies opportunities and implements improvements to the financial reporting process that enhance efficiency and ensure that filings reflect best practices.
Drives automation initiatives and data governance framework for financial and regulatory reporting.
Supports accounting research and analysis projects on as-needed basis.
