This position is responsible for following loan lending guidelines, processes and procedures including verifying assets, employment, liabilities, ordering title reports, insurance and loan documents on applications they have been assigned. In addition, this position reviews all data submitted with loan applications to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and then enters the data into the Loan Origination System. Process approved loan applications. May prepare declination letters. Review assigned loan packages to ensure that they are in compliance with current regulatory standards. In addition, keep track of the loan process from initial application to funding on assigned loans. Provide timely communication to the branch on status of assigned loan applications. Order all necessary reports, such as Preliminary Title Report, proof of insurance, and appraisal. Verify that all data is correct.
