Role Summary/Purpose: The AVP, PayPal Savings Technology Lead is responsible for providing technical expertise and process execution to support the PayPal Savings program. Essential Responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders (including GMs, PayPal leaders, product and technology leads, architects and other stakeholders) to implement deposit product features and provide ongoing communication through project execution.
Provide oversight over all the phases of SDLC including but not limited to technical requirements, design/architecture, build, testing, QA, and Production deployment.
Manage technology relationship with PayPal and internal cross-functional business and technology teams.
Support project and program management for the PayPal Savings program, focusing on Synchrony governance and oversight requirements of PayPal led initiatives

Ability to analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, identify root cause, and implement fixes.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with minimum 4+ years of experience in Information Technology OR in lieu of the Bachelor's degree, High School diploma and minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology.

Experience owning and delivering a mission critical projects on time and within budget

Model Validation COE - The candidate is expected to draw experience from validation to establish a validation center of excellence and support the model governance lead to drive best practice, specifically the objectives of the COE are:
GEN AI Model Risk Management: Lead the creation and implementation of a comprehensive, end-to-end governance framework for Generative AI models, establishing clear standards, procedures, documentation templates, and process to effectively manage model risks such as hallucination, accuracy, and bias. This framework will enable the organization to consistently monitor and control these critical aspects throughout the model lifecycle, ensuring reliable and trustworthy AI outputs with disciplined and transparent oversight.

Essential Responsibilities:
Design, test, implement and validate collections and internal recovery contact strategies for the email, SMS / text, phone (dialer, dialer messaging, outbound IVR) and letter channels. The scope may be expanded to include implementation of other collections contact strategies (e.g., skip). The Collections Strategy Delivery team utilizes multiple platforms and tools including Fiserv, Rules, Strategy Manager (Experian PowerCurve), SAS, Jira and Tableau and works with several internal teams and vendors.
Lead the capacity management and prioritization of all Collections Strategy Delivery work and communicate to key stakeholders. Create and implement robust and transparent prioritization and scheduling processes that enable customers to understand available capacity, prioritize new work and obtain accurate scheduled implementation dates.

Develop future state vision, roadmap and organizational design to reach future state, review with management and key stakeholders, and then drive implementation with regular progress reviews.

Ensure accounts are closed due to delinquency and charged-off in accordance with Synchrony credit policy.

Own collections queue management (~900 different queues utilized by collections process owners and strategies). Responsible for reclassification and site placement of all delinquent accounts.

About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire an Assistant VicePresident Cybersecurity Project Manager. This individual will oversee information security initiatives within the team and across business units to improve the security posture of the firm. This role manages multiple enterprise-level projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to translate complex technical or business processes into clear, actionable plans.
Responsibilities
Define scope, develop detailed plans, and drive cross-functional execution to ensure projects are delivered at the expected quality level.
Coordinate decisions across business, technology, and control partners to prepare and deliver structured updates to executives, sponsors, and working groups to ensure transparency and accountability.
Create and manage project charters, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership summaries that reflect current progress, risks, and dependencies.
Maintain adherence to internal risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and project management standards while ensuring documentation is audit-ready at all stages.
Manage schedules, workflows, and reporting dashboards in tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, and MS 365 to support accurate tracking and visibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, master's degree is a plus
5-7 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise projects in a financial service, fintech, or technology-driven environment
Highly professional and persuasive communicator who unites diverse stakeholders, drives alignment, and builds momentum to ensure projects move forward and deliver results
Exceptional organizational, time management, and written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable engaging with senior leaders and stakeholders
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines, changing priorities, and cross-team dependencies
Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master Certified (SMC), and ITIL certifications are preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Job Purpose:
This position leads the branch's efforts to pro-actively meet the client's financial needs through our sales process which focuses on a client centric, consultative sales approach whereby working to uncover, identify and deliver products and services to satisfy the client's financial needs and exceed their expectations. Establish and maintain an efficient, production and collaborative working environment based on continuous and effective staff communication.
Conducts weekly staff meetings to engage the team in the performance of the branch.
Conducts structured monthly or more frequent coaching sessions to provide balanced feedback with actional items that ensure individual and branch success.
Responsible for the preparation and delivery of performance feedback that includes quarterly and annual reviews, developmental action plans and disciplinary action, as applicable.

Education, Experience and Job Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.
1-3 years' experience in a manager role preferred.
Must be an energetic, enthusiastic team player.
Demonstrated previous sales success as an individual and as a leader.
Excellent communication, problem solving, customer service, cross selling and lending skills.
Must be a decision-maker with well-developed interpersonal skills to represent the Bank positively in dealing with clients, employees and the community.

Must be able to pass background and credit standards to hold NMLS credentials
