Job Purpose & Scope
The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and refining quality monitoring programs in our Bank's call center locations to ensure our customer service aligns with the highest industry standards. Leads a team of Risk and Quality Assurance Specialists whose duties include analyzing performance metrics, evaluating agent interactions, and implementing training and feedback initiatives to enhance service quality. To transport and deliver Whitaker chemicals to customers by applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and road in the area. The truck driver will be responsible for driving to and from designated locations, verifying load to shipping papers, maintain record of duty status according to state and federal regulations, and performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Position Requirements
Inspect truck for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after trips and submit a written report on the condition of the truck at the end of each trip or tour of duty.
Requires drivers to be able to bend, stoop, kneel, pull, push and lift all types of hoses, equipment and tools required to do the job weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Also, drivers must be able to climb ladders to check holding tanks on equipment.
Responsibilities may also require offloading tankers, drumming, and warehouse duties.

Job Purpose & Scope
Leads strategy, sales, and administration for the Bank's institutional wealth business - encompassing employer-sponsored retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), pension), business IRAs, and institutional investment management and cash solutions.
