Job Purpose & Scope
Responsible for building a book of high-net-worth clientele, managing and expanding those relationships to grow the private client base. Provide advice, counsel, and high-level customer service to meet the comprehensive banking needs of high-net-worth clients. Deliver private banking credit and deposit solutions, while partnering with trust and wealth management, retail, commercial banking and other lines of business to provide comprehensive financial solutions across the Bank OZK footprint through an exclusive delivery model.
Essential Job Functions
+ Convene and collaborate with product experts to develop long-term solutions to strengthen client relationships across all lines of business.
+ Plan and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly activities to maximize revenue growth and client satisfaction.

The Team

The base salary range for this position is $185,000-$400,000 per year.
