Georgia 4-H is a unit of the University of Georgia College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Cooperative Extension. The Georgia 4-H AmeriCorps program is managed by faculty and staff at the Georgia 4-H State office. APPLICANTS MUST ALSO APPLY AT www.ugajobsearch.com TO BE CONSIDERED. The program provides a total of 15 full and 22 half-time AmeriCorps State members (ACMs) throughout Georgia to deliver research-based positive youth development (PYD) programming to students aged 9-19 to assist them in acquiring knowledge, developing life skills, and forming attitudes that will enable them to become self-directing, productive, and contributing members of society. This includes interventions aligned with the Georgia Performance Standards, covering topics such as STEM, career awareness, and public speaking in 37 counties in Georgia. ACMs provide PYD programming under the direction of the County Extension Coordinator and 4-H Agent. This is a direct service position that requires transport of youth and some night and weekend hours. All ACMs receive a modest, monthly living allowance. Full-time ACMs are eligible for free health insurance (including vision and dental) and can apply for childcare assistance. ACMs are required to attend a two-day New Service Year Orientation yearly (10/5 -10/6/21), additional face-to-face training, and monthly webinars. Member Duties : ACMs provide direct services to youth in all areas of 4-H programming, focusing on in-school educational club meetings, preparing youth for 4-H Project Achievement, attending summer camp, and delivery of community service projects. ACMs collect and track data related to performance measures (in-school educational club meetings, the 4-H Project Achievement process, and volunteer recruitment and volunteer hours contributed), including survey administration and data entry. This includes numbers served (outputs) and the benefit received by the participant. Outcomes include youth experiencing a change in knowledge related to content presented during club meetings, a change in knowledge of best practices in public speaking, and a change in confidence related to public speaking. ACMs support the volunteer program through recruitment, screening, training, and engagement. ACMs may assist with coordinating the county volunteer registration database.

SUMMARY
This position functions as the primary daily contact between commercial banking clients and the Bank, and assists Commercial Relationship Managers with servicing the client, for large and complex loan portfolios. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding the relationship with clients by providing overall client support services. Works proactively to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. Develops working knowledge of assigned area and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.
Handles day-to-day client calls, client transactions, and client problem resolution. Responds to client account inquiries, performs account maintenance and researches/resolves client problems. Executes client transactions within delegated authority or applicable department guidelines, escalating to the assigned Relationship Manager (RM) any requests outside specified norms or items requiring Relationship Manager signature or approval.Transactions may include transfers, withdrawals, distributions, payments, fee waivers/fee refunds, client overdrafts, monitoring reports, and other loan and account operations requested by clients.With limited direction, assists in obtaining necessary information to submit loan applications, such as financial statements, tax returns and business documentation. May also work with outside vendors, such as attorneys or title companies.Runs daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Reviews reports for accuracy and compliance and takes action to update systems or make other corrections.May assist with development and maintenance of procedures and training materials.With minimal direction, supports Commercial Relationship Manager with complex client relationship reviews and portfolio management.May reconcile client accounts, enter client financial data into databases, and monitor exceptions to company policies.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
