Support customers in completing forms for various banking requests (e.g., stop payments, account closures). Process loan payments and assist with basic loan inquiries. Sales and Referrals Identify opportunities to promote additional bank services and products that meet customer needs. Refer customers to other departments (e.g., loans, investments, credit) when appropriate.
