Verify cash and negotiability of checks and issue receipts, giving credit for funds according to Bank policies. Cash checks and accept withdrawal requests in accordance with Bank policies and procedures, referring questionable transactions to supervisor for approval. Balance a cash drawer on a daily basis and reports any discrepancies. Count, check and package coin and currency. Perform a variety of customer service transactions, such as account holds on uncollected funds, stop payment orders, account maintenance, direct deposits and check confirmation, and answering incoming calls. Provide customers with account information and correct balances. Process night depository bags and log information on bank record. Follow all security policies and procedures. Assist branch in meeting performance standards monthly in addition to meeting individual performance standards monthly. 2. Interview members and process applications for all types of consumer loans.
