Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma/GED required.

Successfully completes required compliance and First Mid training curriculum to be proficient in the basic account opening process. Advancement in this role will be based on management discretion.

Perform a wide range of services related to deposit account opening, servicing and maintenance, debit cards, HSAs, IRAs, stop payments and all other account related services for new and existing accounts.
Perform maintenance on accounts and cross check setup and maintenance.
Determine when to ask for support when meeting customer needs.
Proactively educate customers on utilizing all available access channels.
Maintain a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered to promote and advise customers and potential customers.
Listen for opportunities and refer to other areas of the Bank.
Stay informed of job-related issues, bank promotions, changes in products, services, policies and procedures.
Timely completion of all assigned training activities.
Adhere to all Bank policies and procedures.
Demonstrate sound judgement within established limits.
