Mark Hatam is the Chief Product Officer at Panamax Inc. with over 20 years of experience in product management, specifically handling business & network optimization solutions. At Panamax, Mark leads the BSS, NSS and MFS solution teams and innovates the products and services.

Mark has worked as part of the senior management team at Telarix, Verizon and Bell Atlantic to handle system integration, back-office automation, business intelligence and network optimization. He is an esteemed member of the Global Business Exchange for Telecom that aims to adopt electronic exchange principals for international wholesale commercial, operational and financial transactions and foster collaboration amongst carriers using best practices and transformational solutions.

Mr. Parag Agarwal is the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at Panamax Inc. He brings on board a strong reach of CXO network in telecom, MNO, MVNO and financial institutions across various geographies. Parag’s rich experience and proven track record as a seasoned sales professional plays an instrumental role in expanding the sales reach of Panamax.

Parag is responsible for driving the global sales of our Telecom and MFS product and solution offerings. He is set to meet and exceed regional as well as global sales milestones of revenues & EBITA arenas. As a CSO of our technology business, Parag leads and drives global sales, pre-sales and overall sales operations.

Mr.Barot is a Chief Commercial Officer with 15yrs+ of experience in the telecommunication industry, working with Bankai Group, an emerging Telecommunication Technology multinational company. Young Mr.Barot kickstarted his career at the age of twenty with a challenge of managing a Startup Travel agency, scaling it up to be one of the best in its kind of industry generating an annual revenue of $40K, later shifting to Telecom Industry as a Carrier Relations Manager where he was responsible for regional sales strategy rapidly evolving himself to Vice President of Global Head for Sales in the year 2014 with a team of 20+ under him generating an annual revenue of $140M+ by the year 2013. Now playing the role of Chief Commercial Officer with a team of 60+, generating an annual revenue of $800M+ in 2018, responsible for overall sales strategy maintaining the group's revenue scaling up. Remarked for his consistent innovative approach in team building, product placement, and consumer relationships. He firmly believes in the approach of "Road Less Taken" for long-term goal achievements and forecasting future market demands and trends. He is on a constant run of learning & adapting future adaptations in Telecom Technology.
