Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Maintain and organize case files, medical records, and litigation documents.
Discovery & Drafting: Prepare and manage discovery responses, draft pleadings, motions, and related filings.
Trial & Hearing Support: Assist with deposition scheduling, trial preparation, and exhibit organization.
Medical Record Review: Summarize and create chronologies for complex medical records.

Administrative Tasks: Manage deadlines, docket tracking, e-filing, and document retrieval.
Minimum Qualifications:
Paralegal certification or equivalent degree preferred.
3+ years of tenured civil litigation experience in labor/employment and/or medical malpractice defense.
1+ year in-house litigation experience required; healthcare industry exposure a plus.
Advanced proficiency in case management systems, eDiscovery, e-filing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Must start by December 1 and maintain a consistent schedule with limited time off.

Among other duties, we are looking for a talented paralegal to help oversee, administer, improve, and continuously update our bespoke commercial contract repository. The primary focus and responsibility of this role will be the post-execution review, synthesis, and processing of complicated private jet flight services contracts and addenda in our contract module. Responsibilities
