Role Overview: Our local General Office is seeking a customer service professional to support our agents and management team. As a Service Representative, you'll work with our Partners to onboard new agents-overseeing the contracting process so they can begin selling New York Life insurance. You will be a steward of the onboarding process-assisting with turning candidates into ready-to-sell agents and keeping everything running smoothly for our Partners. What You'll Do: Perform tasks in the contracting system to advance contracts along in the process. Track background-check and fingerprint results; follow up with Partners; escalate issues as needed. Review onboarding paperwork for completeness and accuracy; resolve data or documentation gaps. Communicate with Partners to provide candidate status updates and answer questions Process forms to ensure agents are integrated in our systems correctly What You'll Bring: The role requires strong relationship-building skills, organizational abilities, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. Candidates should be flexible to work any 7.5-hour shift between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
