Must possess the ability to effectively interact and build positive business relationships with a variety of retail and commercial customers and to clearly express concepts, ideas and product information verbally and in writing. Required to have a Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration within thirty days of hire. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Must be available to work all hours of operations. High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Supervisory or proven leadership experience required. Banking, cash handling, sales, and customer service experience or equivalent combination of at least two years of related experience. Strong consumer lending skills are strongly preferred with a solid understanding of small business lending preferred. This includes the ability to conduct a preliminary review of financial statements, tax returns and other financial and business related information.
