Provide exceptional customer service for our Members.
Work with senior management to lease garage spaces to ensure maximum occupancy.
Conduct facility tours, accurately outlining services and offerings to prospective members.
Collaborate with the Car Concierge to execute vehicle logistics, including check-in, parking, and preparation for pickup.
Actively manage and update key boxes, accounting for all cars within the facility.
Manage client registration.
Ensure facility cleanliness at all times.

Assist the Car Concierge with washes and details when necessary.

Minimum of 2 years of management experience in an automotive logistics environment.

Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, service-focused environment.
Experience in automotive related sector.
Ability to move and operate a variety of high-end vehicles with care and professionalism.
Valid Driver's License and good standing driving record.
Must be available to travel for events and work some nights and most weekends.
