    Scope of Job: Lead and manage Financial Services Division of BankWest. Financial Services houses the non- bank ancillary business lines of BankWest, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Presently these business lines include BankWest Insurance, Titles of Dakota, and BankWest Brokerage. Incumbent is responsible for the performance, growth, and alignment of ancillary business lines with the BankWest organization's core mission and strategic goals. This includes identifying opportunities for organic growth and growth through expansion as well as potential business acquisitions. Primary Duties: Responsible for the day-to-day management, staffing, administration, and related support staff for the assigned area(s) of responsibility. Selects, trains, coaches, and develops subordinates in accordance with BankWest philosophies and policies; schedules and manages staffing ensuring work completion and delivery of related customer service requirements; ensures compliance with BankWest policies, procedures and standards. Provide direction regarding products and services offered by the ancillary business lines. Supervise and support managers or supervisors of each ancillary unit, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and direct reports to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Work with management to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial KPIs for each business line; ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. Provide regular performance reports to executive leadership; use data to drive decisions and improvements. Responsible for the budgeting and planning for the Financial Services Division. Establish the overall direction of the Division by setting objectives and defining the means for their attainment. Work with executive management on end-to-end acquisition processes including target identification and due diligence including company's financials, operational capabilities, technology infrastructure, and cultural alignment. Develop and execute integration strategies to align newly acquired businesses with existing operations, culture, and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, IT, operations) to ensure seamless post-merger integration. Provide expertise and ensure compliance with all legal, state and federal regulatory and reputational requirements for Financial Service lines of business. Serve as a member of the Corporate Management team and provide leadership toward the achievement of organizational strategic objectives. Serve as a member of the Financial Services, Marketing, and Customer Relationship Management Committees. Collaborate with other members to support the attainment of goals and objectives. Secondary Duties: Work as a team with departmental counterparts on planning and implementing assigned projects and products. Participate on various committees and project teams as deemed appropriate by management. Attend and actively participate in training offered.
