Scope of Job:

Provide support to customers and bank staff which would include Universal Bankers, Business Banking Assistants, and Business Development Officers in the areas of deposit and loans in accordance to the needs and activity levels of the branch. Primary Duties:

Ensure the sale and referral of Bank, Trust, Brokerage and Insurance products and services to new and existing customers. Promote, manage and monitor the staff usage of the bank-wide CRM program.

Accountable to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and related policies and procedures. Ensure that retail work responsibilities are performed consistently with standardized procedures and compliance requirements, identifying training needs where needed.

Monitor applicable metrics and management reporting; ensuring retail performance is aligned with branch performance measures and strategic initiatives.

Serve as member of various committees as assigned, to include at minimum Product Review/Fee Income, CRM, and ALCO committees.

Provide leadership to support the development and implementation of Strategic Initiatives for the Bank.

Requirements

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Applicable experience and/or related certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience:

7 years' experience in a related field.

Experience in working as supervisor, mentor, and coach.

Knowledge and Special Skills:

Knowledge in cross functional areas of Banking.

Scope of Job:

The Quality Control position is responsible for the pre and post close loan documentation review process for new and existing agriculture and commercial loans; ensuring adherence to Loan Committee, Bank Policy, and Compliance requirements. Included is accountability for the management, tracking, and reporting of approved policy exceptions. This position is responsible for the loan collateral, tickler management, and exception processes for the Bank, ensuring the perfection of security interest over the life of the loan. Quality Control is responsible for establishment of the internal controls and monitoring required for compliance. Serve as the flood insurance SME; performing the review and tracking of flood certificate compliance.

Primary Duties:

Responsible for the pre and post loan documentation review for new and existing Ag and Commercial loans to verify compliance with lending policies, procedures, and consistency with the terms, conditions, and approvals rendered by Credit and/or Loan Committee.

Validate all required loan documentation has been obtained including: corporate documentation, financial statements and tax returns, and collateral documentation.

Accountable for the collateral management process of the Bank. Ensure that all required documentation has been executed to ensure perfection of the Bank's security interest, pre and post close.

Directly responsible for the loan policy exception tracking process for the Bank including: the identification, reporting, and management of loan policy exceptions.

Responsible for a standardized loan tickler process ensuring that all ticklers are monitored and resolved in a timely manner. Includes direct responsibility to establish, track, and resolve collateral tickler exceptions for the Bank.

Responsible for the internal controls and monitoring required to manage the documentation and collateral risks related to the origination, renewal, extension, and change in terms for Ag- Commercial Loans.

Work in close collaboration with Credit, Business Development Officers, Portfolio Managers, and Business Banking Assistants to resolve documentation, collateral, tickler, or other exception items. May attend Loan Committee meetings as requested.

Responsible for the pre-close audit, 10%, of monthly residential real estate loans set to close through BankWest Mortgage. Communicate any corrections and/or revisions required according to the quality assurance review process.
