Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides an initial point of contact for representatives, distributors, and direct customers to resolve inquiries which include, but are not limited to: tracking shipments, expediting deliveries, preparing sales agreements, checking product availability and answering basic questions about products.
This position reports to Global Customer Care Manager.
The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. This position requires full-time onsite.

Key Responsibilities
Providing high quality support and a great customer experience by creating and nurturing relationships with customers and channel partners
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously including phone calls, order entry, online chat, email, and responding to sales team member questions/requests
Receiving and processing orders from customers and channel partners for shipment from designated manufacturing plants
Manage customer requests for assistance, information, and issue resolution.
Collaborating with and maintaining effective working relationship with Applications Engineers, Area Sales Managers, Business Analysts, Business Development Managers, Management, etc. to assist the customer in any way possible
Processing return requests, expedite requests, special price agreements, and trial orders for the sales channel
Working closely with Distribution Warehouse staff and Materials Handlers to ensure shipments are prepared and shipped as scheduled
Maintaining knowledge of Banner's sales systems and processes
Other duties as assigned

2+ years of direct customer service experience
Experience using basic office equipment (multi-line phones, computers, web-based systems)
Clear and effective communication style

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines to maintain great business relationships
Preferred

Position Summary
The Maintenance Custodian Tech plays a key role in supporting the facilities needs at Banner Engineering's Corporate campus in Plymouth, MN. This Mid-shift position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the buildings and will primarily work during the hours of 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM Monday through Friday. What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related needs during the mid-shift, ensuring quick and respectful response.
* Responsible for securing and arming the buildings at the HQ site at the end of each workday
* Clean assigned buildings on the corporate campus, including, but not limited to vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, washing floors, disposing of trash, and other general cleaning duties as requested.
* Aid facility team in identifying root cause of facility equipment issues.
* Stock and restock lunchroom consumables such as utensils, napkins, and plates.
* Occasional bathroom cleaning on an as needed basis.
* Build cubicle configuration, set up desks, and assist with work areas moves; collaborate with facilities team and managers to ensure workspace is available and ready for new employees.
* Minor repairs on facilities equipment including snow blower, leaf blower, vacuum, etc.
* Perform exterior maintenance, including picking up litter, picking up broken tree limbs, pulling weeds, sweeping debris, removing cobwebs from around windows and entrances, and removing snow and ice from sidewalks
* Identify needed repairs to facilities, office furniture, equipment, or fixtures. Collaborate with manager and other team members on repairs.
* Manage and execute assigned tasks and projects in line with business timelines or team goals.
* Collaborate and communicate with internal customers to ensure the site is clean and operating in a safe manner.
* Effectively communicate with external vendors, including food vending contractors and cleaning contractors.
* Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes or practices within the facilities department.
* Uphold compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
* Support training and safety initiatives to foster a productive and safe environment.

As a subject matter expert, you will be ensuring that Banner products conform to applicable requirements, through product evaluations, components/materials selection, testing, documentation, and product labeling.

* Interpreting technical drawings, schematics and other design and assembly documents
* Advising program teams on solutions for global market access of Banner Products.
* Keeping abreast of changes with environmental and product performance standards; monitoring national/international standards, via drafts and standards committee meeting minutes for IEC, UL, FM, CCC, ATEX, and other product performance standards
* Define and document safety requirements that ensure products meet safety standards and minimize risk.
* Work closely with design, software, hardware, and testing teams to integrate safety into product development and ensure compliance throughout the lifecycle.
* Create and maintain necessary work products, documentation, test procedures, and verification methods to demonstrate compliance.
* Debug and troubleshoot safety non-conformities and implement root cause analysis for product issues.
* Interface with regulatory bodies and Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratories (NRTLs) to secure compliance certificates.
* Maintaining corporate sources of truth, technical files, and metrics reporting.
* Providing guidance to the design teams for new and existing product performance verification tests
* Coordinating the agency's work with the various product development teams and compiling the required records for agency submittal per the project schedule
* Providing input and expertise as needed for business process improvement initiatives

* Familiarity with UL flame ratings.
* Familiarity working in ISO 9001 or 17025 environments
* Conformance testing experience in a lab environment performing electromechanical testing (EMC) and troubleshooting

Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting the organization's Human Resources Information System (UKG Pro). This role ensures data integrity, generates analytical reports, and partners with HR, Payroll, IT, and other departments to improve HR systems, processes, and data management efficiency. Stay current with UKG product updates - review release notes, test new functionality, and recommend feature adoption.
Partner with HR and Payroll to ensure system configuration supports compliance, efficiency, and business needs.
Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
Audit user roles, security access, automation, and reporting schedules.
Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards using UKG Pro Business Intelligence / Cognos.
Verify scheduled reports are distributed to the appropriate recipients.
Meet regularly with HR functional areas (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, etc.) to ensure UKG and related systems are being fully utilized.
Identify opportunities for automation and improved workflows across HR processes.
Support and lead system-related projects including

Position Summary
We're looking for a hard-working individual who would like to join us in developing new product concepts, as well as engineering, manufacturing, and customer support. This Electrical Engineer I position is a hands-on research and development role focusing on product design. Position Summary

Position Summary
The Maintenance Custodian Tech plays a key role in supporting the facilities needs at Banner Engineering's Corporate campus in Plymouth, MN. This Mid-shift position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the buildings and will primarily work during the hours of 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM Monday through Friday. What You'll Be Doing
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related needs during the mid-shift, ensuring quick and respectful response.
Responsible for securing and arming the buildings at the HQ site at the end of each workday
Clean assigned buildings on the corporate campus, including, but not limited to vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, washing floors, disposing of trash, and other general cleaning duties as requested.
Aid facility team in identifying root cause of facility equipment issues.
Stock and restock lunchroom consumables such as utensils, napkins, and plates.
Occasional bathroom cleaning on an as needed basis.
Build cubicle configuration, set up desks, and assist with work areas moves; collaborate with facilities team and managers to ensure workspace is available and ready for new employees.
Minor repairs on facilities equipment including snow blower, leaf blower, vacuum, etc.
Perform exterior maintenance, including picking up litter, picking up broken tree limbs, pulling weeds, sweeping debris, removing cobwebs from around windows and entrances, and removing snow and ice from sidewalks
Identify needed repairs to facilities, office furniture, equipment, or fixtures. Collaborate with manager and other team members on repairs.
Manage and execute assigned tasks and projects in line with business timelines or team goals.
Collaborate and communicate with internal customers to ensure the site is clean and operating in a safe manner.
Effectively communicate with external vendors, including food vending contractors and cleaning contractors.
Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes or practices within the facilities department.

Position Summary

Position Summary
From product concept to production, the Electrical Technician provides technical assistance to engineers by defining and performing tests and analyzing results within our RMA team.

* Associate degree in Electronics or related field

* Soldering skills at the PCB level, including fine pitch/small parts such as 0402s, parts with large thermal pads, BGAs, etc.
* Mechanical aptitude with strong hands-on skills to take on responsibilities such as wiring of simple prototype electrical boards and building simple fixtures.
* Familiar with various types of test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.)
* Understanding of electrical schematics (microprocessor-based systems), drawings, charts, etc.
* Ability to assist Electrical Engineers in testing, troubleshooting, and re-working electrical boards.
* Experience with oven testing, compliance testing, and functional testing; also electronics-related testing at the system based level, including debugging
* Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, and experience using Excel to log and communicate data
* Experience with a parts based systems, such as oracle or other similar systems

Position Summary
In this role, you will apply what you've learned in school to assist in the manufacturing design and assembly process in the industrial automation industry.

What You'll Be Doing
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and sources of variation using lean and industrial engineering tools.
Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making.
Work on cross-functional projects involving engineering, quality, and production.
Support creation of visual factory elements (layouts, graphs, process maps).
Supporting the fixture design/development and assembly process.
Creating assembly procedures and routings.
Supporting design experiments for both NPD and process improvement activities.
Design and acquire prototype parts for internal evaluation.
Evaluate designs through physical and virtual product testing including performing stress, thermal, and tolerance analyses.
Supporting preproduction engineering builds and the manufacturing release process.
Assisting with product performance testing and data collection for engineering change orders.
Other duties as assigned.

Experience using solid modeling tools (CREO preferred, SolidWorks, etc.).
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (i.e., creating graphs and charts, using formulas, creating V-look ups, and filtering information).
Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities.
Basic understanding of Six Sigma tools.

Position Summary

This is an in-person internship located at our corporate headquarters in Plymouth, MN.
This position reports to the Sr. Engineering Manager II
Interns are responsible for arranging their own housing and transportation for the summer internship program.
What You'll Be Doing
* Working with staff electrical engineers to create new hardware designs:
* creating the schematic
* performing layout
* presenting your design for review
* ordering the PCB
* testing the final product that you designed
* PCB test using laboratory tools such as DMM, Oscilloscope, PLCs, etc.
* Work with the product verification test group
* Verification of new PCBAs
* Learn about functional safety products
* Other duties as assigned
