Position Details:
· 1,848 hours annually for 1.0 FTE (8, 10, 12 hour shifts available with flexibility in scheduling)
· Base compensation of $509k-$519k plus additional incentives and call pay

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum age requirement of 18.
High School diploma or equivalent may be required dependent on state regulatory requirements.
Basic knowledge of department resource materials.
Completion of a phlebotomy program or phlebotomy experience.
Position may require DHS Fingerprinting Certification or the ability to obtain fingerprint certification.
Dependent on department/location, candidate must possess a valid state driver's license in the state of employment and be eligible for coverage under the company auto insurance policy.
Float positions require travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at mobile phlebotomy facilities/in-office phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements, weekends, holidays and overtime. May be required to work occasional on-call duties weekends, evenings and early AM.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position performs all cleaning of patient rooms and/or assigned areas. Works as a member of the environmental service team to ensure the safety, health, and high morale of patients, visitors and staff by helping to provide a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment with minimal interference to others.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Performs a variety of assigned cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming and polishing according to departmental policy and procedures. Must plan the completion of these tasks daily.
2. Empties hampers and transports of soiled linen. Empties trash containers and removes all trash. Empties all medical waste containers, including sharps.

4. Maintains cleanliness of departmental equipment and notifies appropriate personnel as repairs become necessary. Protects equipment from damage by proper use; properly logs out and in equipment that has been used.

6. Responds to questions and requests from patients, staff and visitors. Meets or exceeds goals for customer service satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, initiation, and administration of a categorical ACGME-accredited anesthesiology residency training program.
Report to the Chair of the Department of Anesthesiology and the Designated Institutional Officer (DIO) at the U of A COM-P and work closely with leaders across the system to grow and enhance the program.
Lead and manage the Anesthesiology Residency Program in accordance with ACGME accreditation requirements.
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs that enhance resident learning and clinical competence.
Mentor and support residents, faculty, and staff in their professional development.
Ensure the residency program meets accreditation standards and institutional policies.
Foster collaboration with clinical departments and interdisciplinary teams to enhance training opportunities.
Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publications, and presentations.
Represent the residency program at national and regional meetings and committees.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care. This position is responsible for on-going patient data collection and documentation in the medical records and provides a variety of unit support functions which contribute to the overall efficient operation of the nursing unit/department.

6. Maintains a complete patient record with admission, transfer, and discharge information, progress notes, and consent forms. Ensures that all reports and chart forms are scanned or filed into the patient's record. Ensures that charting forms are labeled and accessible if they are needed. Maintains adequate supplies of frequently used, patient education materials. Assists in the ordering of patient specimens. May transcribe and process physician orders effectively using the electronic medical record.
7. Maintains adequate levels of office, dietary, and medical supplies and completes requisition forms when supplies need to be ordered. Reconciles supply order upon delivery. POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides physics services by following department/facility policies, procedures and protocols. This position ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Verifies proper operation and safety of all machines and sources producing radiation in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
2. Performs measurements or other evaluations as necessary to ensure accurate dose delivery for treatments. Uses independent judgment and applies learned methodologies according to established policy and procedures.
3. Provides support and assistance in delivery of all radiation therapy treatments, including advanced specialized therapies. Assists in or performs computer treatment planning as needed. POSITION SUMMARY

Prepares and dispenses medications, including sterile or non-sterile compounded medications, in an accurate and timely manner in compliance with company policies and procedures and established regulatory requirements. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires unrestricted Pharmacist licensure in the state of practice and a degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
Incumbents in Arizona are also required to provide the AZ Board of Pharmacy Wallet Card at time of hire.
If not licensed in the state of practice, must have completed the Board of Pharmacy application process within 30 days of job offer. Must be licensed within 90 days of hire unless the delay is due to the State Board of Pharmacy.

POSITION SUMMARY

4. Facilitates prioritization of improvement activities with system and entity leadership, based on current risk assessment and performance. Coordination and dissemination of information to support administrative and clinical decision making. Collaborates with the appropriate process owner(s) to identify opportunities for improvement.

8. Achieves and maintains professional competencies in assessment, performance improvement, surveillance, infection prevention, change/project management, and patient safety. POSITION SUMMARY
This position independently performs prescribed diagnostic sleep monitoring studies, which may include home sleep tests, to patients. This position analyzes the results to aide clinicians with diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and care of patients. This position acts as a resource to the department.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Obtains artifact free sleep tracings that accurately reflect physiologic processes occurring during sleep of patients utilizing the latest technology.
2. Analyzes all types of sleep records of patients. Identifies and documents sleep stages and quantify physiologic processes during the data acquisition and summarizes this information as outlined by departmental policies and procedures.
3. Ensures an accurate and readable recording using deductive reasoning to trouble shoot minor problems and make adjustments as needed during the testing process.
4. Collects and/or reviews pertinent medical, historical, and medication information in order to perform the appropriate study prescribed by the physician as outlined by departmental policies and procedures.
5. Assists with the development of department policies, procedures and processes, facilitate testing and maintain quality to achieve optimal patient results.
6. Assists leadership with operations, scheduling, orientation and/or training of new technical staff. May conduct or lead educational in-services and case study presentations.
7. Ensures quality assurance standards as outlined by departmental policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory agencies.
8. Independently performs prescribed diagnostic sleep monitoring, which may include home sleep test, to patients and acts as a resource to the department. Internal customers: All levels of nursing management and staff, medical staff, and all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. External Customers: regulatory and health agencies, patients and family members.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Requires Registry by the Board of Polysomnographic Technologists or proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
The position requires clinical knowledge typically achieved with 3 years of experience in all aspects of sleep disorders testing. Must be proficient in the use and theory of all equipment related to sleep testing and a thorough knowledge of the sleep/wake cycle and its pathologies, as well as, EEG theory appropriate to sleep monitoring and cardiopulmonary physiology during sleep. Must demonstrate critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Banner Alzheimer's Institute (BAI) and the All of Us Research Program is proud to offer research studies to patients and people in the community. Everyone should be represented in research, and we are now enrolling pediatric participants.
As a Clinical Research Assistant, you will spend most of the day talking to patients about the research study and enrolling those that are interested into the research study (focused on Pediatric enrollments). Each morning, the Clinical Research Assistant (CRA) will review a Cerner list of patients in the hospital to identify those that are appropriate (not too sick) to approach. The CRA will talk to the patient's nurse to confirm that the patient is stable to talk with. The CRA then enters each patient's room to talk to the parents/guardians about All of Us (they give an elevator pitch). If they say yes, then the CRA completes the enrollment process. Enrollment is helping a patient create an account and consent on an iPad, complete physical measurements, draw blood, and process the specimen. Usually, an CRA has to approach about 10 patients to get one person to say yes. Other responsibilities include data quality control, outreach events, and retention of enrolled participants.
Work will be onsite/in-person. The main enrollment location is at NCMC plus community outreach at events, libraries, etc. The ability to travel locally is required. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel outside of the "home" location.
This position is based out of North Colorado Medical Center. Typical schedule is M-F; 8:30am to 4:30pm. There is some flexibility if needed; an 8-hour shift between 7:30am to 5:30pm can be accommodated; some events may take place in the evening or on weekends. Training will need to occur between 8:30am to 4:30pm.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for providing primary support to both investigator-initiated and pharmaceutical research studies and projects by assisting with data collection, documentation, intake/registration, maintenance of source documents, participant recruitment and retention, data entry into research systems, data audits, maintain research supply inventory, and performs administrative tasks and clinical assessments as assigned.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Assists in establishing the clinical trial record including creation, preparation, and maintenance of study specific source documents. Performs protocol-required study procedures as delegated and ensures that all data is properly recorded in source using ALCOAC principles. Ensures source data is transcribed into electronic data capture (EDC) systems and that all other data points are transmitted into research data systems per site and protocol guidance.
2. Ensures potential research participant is correctly registered into both clinical and research systems, including adding in demographic and applicable insurance information.
3. Assists in creating and preparing source and shadow charts for each research participant and ensures all participant documents are completed in a timely manner and are filed in each binder such as pertinent medical records, participant source documents, pharmacy orders, infusion orders, and imaging documents.
4. Understands the basic requirements of the informed consent process and required documentation. Knowledgeable on the information contained within the consent document in order to answer participant questions, provide high level overview of study procedures and associated time. Performs consent audit to ensure related documentation is properly completed and uploads final signed version to clinical and research systems.
5. Helps to recruit potential participants by answering recruitment phone line, completing telephone or in-person pre-screening, requesting and reviewing medical records, and maintaining recruitment database. Attends and participates in community outreach events and appreciation events as needed.
6. Collect, process, package, and ship all laboratory specimens, including blood, urine, and CSF samples, in accordance with the study protocol, laboratory manual, and IATA guidelines. Maintains updated laboratory binder and ensures proper completion of laboratory requisition form. Schedules courier pick up of samples for both central and local laboratories and maintains tracking and dry ice log for all samples.
7. Will have frequent interaction with research participants, families, visitors, clinicians, and other related clinical departments across the Banner institute and Banner campus. May also accompany participants across both approved and affiliated Banner Health off site campuses for visits and procedures including, but not limited to, infusions, imaging, registration, ophthalmology, and dermatology.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Experience typically gained through one to two years clinical research experience. Must have knowledge and understanding of medical terminology in order to read, identify, and extract pertinent data from medical records and information. Must be able to multi-task and re-prioritize duties as needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Excellent human relations, organizational and communication skills are required.
Must be knowledgeable of data entry and computer programs associated with maintaining databases, spreadsheets, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's Degree or Certified Research Assistant Certification preferred. Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures as normally obtained through the completion of two years experience in a health care setting, preferably in a research environment.
