**Pediatric Urology with Banner Children's Specialists!** Banner Childrens Specialists (BCS), a multispecialty group on the campuses of Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa and Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, is actively recruiting for a Pediatric Urologist to join our team on the Banner Desert campus. The Urology Division at BCS currently includes four Physicians and four APPs and with the upcoming retirement of one of our longstanding Physicians, we are expanding our team once again to meet the needs of a growing and thriving pediatric community. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in working in a high-volume environment with a supportive leadership team. Our Pediatric specialty teams work closely with others in areas such as Gastroenterology, Neprology, General Surgery, and Cardiology.
**Essential Functions and Qualifications :**
The team seeks a BC/BEPediatric Urologist to become an active member of the Pediatric Urology clinical care team. Primarily practicing general urology, performing minor procedures and in office circumcisions. Our goal is to work closely with other pediatric subspecialites to provide quality care to the community. We seek candidates who meet the following qualifications:
+ Graduate of or finishing an accredited residency or fellowship program in Pediatric Urology
+ Eligibility for credentialing as part of the Banner Childrens Specialists to include BE/BC Urology with Special Qualifications in Child Urology, active license or ability to obtain license in Arizona, and current DEA registration
+ Interest in general pediatric urology plus additional interest in performing in-office procedures to include circumcisions
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team setting and communicate effectively

What You'll Do:

Qualifications
Clinical Psychologist Requirements:
Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
Experience Preferred: One year's clinical experience working within a multidisciplinary team in primary care or other medical settings, providing diagnostic and psychological assessments for primary care-based positions. One year's clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and families in specialty behavioral health settings.
Licenses/Registration: Licensed Psychologist within the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.
Master's Level Therapist Requirements
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Experience Required: Two years of postgraduate/master's experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance; such experience must have been gained under the supervision of a mental health professional.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire. One of the following licenses is required for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if the license is not current):

About the Position
We are looking to hire a Full Time Night shift On Call Mental Health Associate at our programs in the Lane County area, including Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City, Oregon. These position works as a member of a direct care team serving adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Primary responsibilities include supporting the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions, performing housekeeping, preparing meals, administering medication, and keeping accurate clinical documentation. In addition, you will receive crisis de-escalation training, which requires performing various physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques.
Please keep the following things in mind:
On Call staff must work a minimum of 32 shift hours per month
On Call staff must attend a minimum of one staff meeting per month (and clinical supervision if a QMHA)
On Call staff must stay current on company training
On Call staff must respond to facility requesting coverage within 2 hours of initial call. In some cases, more notice can be provided.

Vocational Training Program
For applicants starting as a QMHA-R, ColumbiaCare offers a Vocational Training Program to accelerate the training, on-the-job experiential learning, and testing preparation for qualified employees to achieve the 1000 supervised hours required to complete their certification as a QMHA-I. Through this program, this certification can be achieved in as little as 6 months. This is an optional program.
Work Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week), Night shifts. May include holidays and weekend shifts.

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour DOE/Credentials. An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential will apply during the work hours of 10:00pm - 6:00am.

We are hiring Residential Associates and Personal Care Associates (PCAs). These positions require that applicants have the ability to work as a member of a direct care team serving adults with serious mental illness; support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions; keep accurate clinical documentation; and provide housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Mental Health Professional is a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team and provides clinically appropriate services under the clinical direction of the Director of Mental Health. The Mental Health Professional will provide mental health screenings and assessments, clinical watches, treatment groups and individual sessions, as well as other clinically related activities.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide clinical services, including screening, assessment, treatment planning and crisis intervention.
2. Performs individual and group therapeutic counseling.
3. Performs administrative consultations for specialized social services as determined by the specific needs of the institution.
4. Interviews inmates to obtain information concerning medical history, mental health history, or other pertinent information.
5. Observes inmates to detect indications of abnormal behavior.
6. Reviews results of tests, treatment plans and treatment cases with the behavioral health team to evaluate client needs and implement treatment.
7. Coordinates psychiatry services, which includes but is not limited to tracking and triaging patients' requests or staff referrals for psychotropic meds; administrative duties for psychiatry visits; tracking psychiatry services provided including signed consents and obtaining refusals.
8. Plans and administers therapeutic treatment such as counseling, behavior modification and psychosocial education to assist inmates in managing their mental disorders and other interpersonal or environmental problems.
9. Discusses progress toward treatment goals with inmates and ensures that the treatment plan is completed in a timely manner, adhered to as the barometer for treatment and is reflected in the progress notes.
10. Consults with behavioral health team concerning treatment plan and amends plan as described
11. Assists in planning and implementing the goals and objectives of programs and projects. May direct special projects as requested.
12. Experience working effectively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing clinical supervision, performing consultation and teaching others
13. Provides the necessary preparation of documentation, necessary records and reports.

Seeking an ACT Counselor to join our interdisciplinary ACT clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our 23rd Ave Healthcare Clinic. The ACT Counselor Develops program activities, facilitates teamwork for outpatient co-occurring disorders services, and conducts individual sessions and classroom-style group treatment services. Works as a team member of an ACT clinical team to assess member needs and goals, participates in the development of individual service plans, acts as a member advocate and liaisons with families and community agencies. Utilizes Motivational Interviewing techniques to effectively engage members into treatment services. Serves as the ACT team's expert for substance use issues by providing other team staff with education and consultation in respect to substance use issues. Provides on-call crisis intervention services, as well as weekend and holiday coverage. Works under the direct supervision of the ACT Clinical Coordinator.
Works as a team member of an ACT clinical team to assess member needs and goals, participates in the development of individual service plans, acts as a member advocate and liaisons with families and community agencies.
Utilizes Motivational Interviewing techniques to effectively engage members into treatment services.
Provides time-unlimited (O7), community-based services (S1) to all ACT team clients served on the ACT team, including but not limited to: Assessment of client needs and level of functioning, developing individual treatment plans, providing direct care, coordinating services across providers, advocating for client, medication observation and education, independent living skills training, and identifying and procuring meaningful daily activities
Actively recruits new clients who could benefit from ACT services
Routinely assesses client need for ACT services, using explicit criteria to determine need to transfer to less intensive services. Gradually and individually transitions eligible clients and ensure continuity of care.
Monitors client status during transition and reintroduces services as needed to ensure client stability in the community.
Facilitates substance use treatment, both individually and in groups, per clients' individual service plan. Provides other therapeutic counseling services to ACT clients, based on clients' individual needs and treatment recommendations.
Participates in the service plan development process for each client as it relates to their recovery and the interventions and services they will need.

Qualifications
Education and/or experience may run concurrently
MA in Behavioral health or related field
1 year experience in behavioral health required
Must meet the requirements of a Behavioral Health Professional in the State of Arizona as LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides direct care to psychiatric patients working under the direction of a registered nurse.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Provides basic nursing care to patients including technical monitoring, taking vital signs and physical care. Orients patients to treatment setting and assists with activities of daily living as needed. Reviews and participates in implementation of the patient treatment plan. Makes rounds and monitors patients activities, physical and mental status and reports to nursing staff. Checks patient belongings for contraband. Conducts a variety of patient safety monitoring activities such as observational checks. Documents observations, interventions, and group activities in the patient medical record while maintaining confidentiality of all health information.
2. Assists in maintaining a safe, orderly & therapeutic environment. Maintains patient safety and protects patient rights through observation and reporting patient behaviors, communications, interactions and physical status. Recognizes patients who are behaving aggressively, acting as a danger to themselves or others, or are in a crisis or medical emergency situation. Provides intervention including, but not limited to, redirecting of patient and/or participating in restraint or seclusion as needed.
3. Assesses and interacts therapeutically with patients and families. Provides treatment that promotes patient dignity, independence, individuality, strengths, privacy, and choice. Demonstrates respect for cultural diversity and patient boundaries. Plans and facilitates social and didactic group activities. May participate in other rehabilitation and treatment programs.
4. 6. Position completes work under moderate supervision. Position interacts with all levels of clinical staff on assigned unit/program and members of the multidisciplinary teams, as well as patients, families, and medical and psychiatric physicians.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
**Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health related field OR High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year of direct patient care in an inpatient behavioral health setting.**
This should include but is not limited to experience in an inpatient psychiatric facility; assisting with personal grooming and other activities of daily living; conducting educational, recreational and skills groups appropriate to current patient population; creating, maintaining, and encouraging an inpatient therapeutic milieu; maintaining observation precautions and applying non-violent de-escalation interventions in crisis situations; recognizing the common symptoms of mental illness such as depression, psychosis, mood dysregulation, substance abuse, maladaptive behavior, and anxiety; understanding how symptoms are related the patient's mental illness diagnosis and providing ordered treatment interventions appropriate to the diagnosis. Such experience is commonly achieved in care of patients in psychiatric acute care hospitals, inpatient psychiatric facilities and State hospital programs. Some outpatient programs, therapeutic group home and residential programs may meet the experience criteria. Concentration on skills and experiences demonstrating competence in building therapeutic rapport, developing collaborative relationships with the multidisciplinary team, de-escalation techniques and limit setting.
