Join our Culinary Services team at Banner Health! When you do, you will be working alongside our staff in the kitchen and on the floors. Room ServiceAttendants help prepare room service trays, deliver trays to our patients, clean patient trays, and help in the kitchen. As a Room ServiceAttendant, you will be on your feet 90% of the day and on average take 15-20,000 steps.
Schedule:
Fulltime | 32 Hours/Week
Shift times will vary to accommodate business needs, including 11:30am-8pm, 3pm-8pm, or 4pm-8pm
Weekend and holiday rotations are required in this role. Enjoy a flat rate $1.50/hour weekend shift differential when applicable.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides patients with menu and/or patient meal service, receives and forwards patient requests and communication to Dietetic Technicians and Dietitians when appropriate. Provides patient meal assembly according to correct quantities. This position strives to provide patient satisfaction regarding food and nutrition services.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Visits patients to obtain or discuss menu selections based upon dietary orders. Enters or records all daily patient meal selections and preferences for one or more patient units.
2. Demonstrates appropriate judgment with modified diets, food and menu knowledge when relating to patients. Requests Diet Tech or Dietitian assistance when needed. Edits patient menus as required.
3. Provides patient meal service which may include setting up tray work stations, preparing/portioning assigned foods according to correct quantities, and/or assembling patient trays.
4. Delivers and serves meals while making independent judgments about special requests, snacks and nourishments.
5. Provides excellent customer service on the phone or in person and resolves customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
6. Maintains food handling and sanitation standards to meet licensing agency requirements.
7. This position interacts with patients and families, other food service staff, nursing staff, dietetic technicians and dietitians. Requires the ability to follow a work routine, to work quickly and correctly while providing good customer service and maintaining dietary, food quality and sanitation standards. Resolves minor problems with patient menus and trays.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires reading, writing and mathematical skills.
Skills and knowledge of nutrition services as typically gained through one to two years of related experience.
This position requires effective interpersonal communication skills and a friendly customer service attitude.
The work requires the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines for working with cleaning chemicals, as well as the ability to learn and work with business computer software and point of sale systems. Requires the ability to learn food handling regulations and pass certification tests as required. Must have demonstrated effective customer service skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.
Understanding of nutrition services, common modified diets, and portion measures. Additional skills and knowledge in health care nutrition services preferred. Bilingual skills preferred in some assignments.

Executes club inspections as directed by Corp Facilities Department to ensure clubs are maintained per corporate standards, all preventative maintenance measures are being performed, and all protocols are in place to ensure a safe work environment is maintained
Provides feedback to General Managers (GM) to ensure expectations are clear and any maintenance deficiencies are addressed
Schedules all services / tasks with the GM as requested by AMT
Partners with AMT and New Club Development (NCD) to attend New Club walk-throughs ensuring all areas of facility maintenance / services are understood and addressed in advance of new club opening
Review results of inspections to identify training opportunities, outliers, or any trends requiring follow-up.
Assist Club Manager
Train new Club Managers on approved Facility Training Programs
Provides and trains Club Manager on daily tasks required to ensure proper management of the Club ServiceAttendant position
Communicates with Club Manager on all facility service programs
Ensures that the Open Wrench System is utilized as a management tool
General Management
Provides general direction and technical expertise to other janitorial and club team members to ensure all basic facilities department responsibilities are addressed
Schedule CSA weekly activities within the allotted time approved by the GM to servicing club equipment and systems
Partners with AMT to ensure scheduling is approved and communicated to GM and RDO
Hosts regular meetings and/or training sessions to relay Facilities Dept information and/or provide new or updated training when applicable
Attend weekly conference call with AMT to maintain alignment between Corp updates and expectations and CSA
Training and Development
Performs hands on training for club janitorial partners following the Corp provided chemical and safety training
Coordinates any vendor-sponsored training programs
Partner with AMT as needed to address specific training opportunities
Partners with Corp Facilities Team to ensure all CSA's maintain required training certifications based on club amenities and local requirements.
Oversee all special projects to ensure scopes of work and vendor quotes are appropriate to address project objective
Schedule vendors to support special projects as needed
Ensure vendors are held accountable to execute projects completely
Execute in-house projects when appropriate
Communicate with GM and AMT to ensure alignment with planned scopes of work and timing
Open Wrench and Work Order Management
Review and management of Work Orders in the Open Wrench System.
Support AMT by loading, reviewing, and closing work orders
Execute monthly club audit utilizing GO CANVAS
Requirements
• Must possess knowledge of janitorial servicing and maintenance
• Must possess strong interpersonal, motivational, communication, organizational, and training skills
• Must be a problem solver and be able to provide guidance to club team members
• Must be organized and able to handle a multi-task environment
• Must have a high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, and an excellent work ethic
• Diligence and a strong understanding of liability issues, general safety, and personal and/or public injury related to satisfactory completion of the above listed duties a must.

Minimum Educational Level/Certifications

Physical Demands/ Environmental Conditions

Must remain patient and maintain good customer service when working with participants and internal or external staff
Escorts participants to all outside appointments that have been arranged by the scheduling department
Assists with the needs of the participant during any outside appointment (i.e. participant paperwork, toileting, mobility and possible transfers)
Documents services provided during the escorted appointment consistently and accurately via Electronic Health Records (EHR). Follows and fills out forms completely and neatly. Documentation is completed in a timely manner
Communicates with Rocky Mountain Health Care Services (RMHCS) for outside appointments, as necessary, including ensuring that the participant is signed in/out of the center and appointment
Views email throughout the day to receive updated scheduling information
Checks in with the scheduling department when a participant cancels or no-shows an outside appointment to assist with department needs
Maintains proper boundaries when dealing with participants. Notifies manager of any possible ethical or boundary issues immediately upon discovery
Must be available to work various hours to include early morning and late evening appointments. Possible overtime
Must remain patient and maintain good customer service when working with participants and internal or external staff

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
One year of experience with a frail, or elderly population is required preferred
Must be knowledgeable in how to use a Computer and Microsoft Office applications

Capable of and experienced in assisting individuals with special mobility needs

SUMMARY
As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), you are responsible for providing basic emergency medical care and safe transport in alignment with organizational protocols and healthcare regulations. Key duties include patient assessment, administering basic life support interventions, assisting with medical procedures, and utilizing equipment to stabilize patients. You will collaborate closely with other emergency response personnel to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork during emergency situations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Respond to all requests for service within identified time standards.
Assess nature and extent of illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures and activation status to be followed or need for additional assistance.
Administer appropriate treatment at emergency scenes and transport sick and injured persons to treatment center.
Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
Maintain station in an orderly and clean fashion.
Observe, record, and report the patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents to receiving facility.
Provide patient care in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and statutes.
Adhere to the policies, field operating guidelines, and clinical guidelines.
Collaborate with other crew members, and other responding agency personnel on patient care issues.
Preparation and completion of patient care reports.
Maintains the patient compartments, medical equipment, and medical supply levels of the vehicles to assure that the vehicle is response ready.
Report equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.
Operate the emergency vehicle according to the MCHD's safe driving standards.
Attend public relations events as needed.
Monitors communication equipment to maintain contact with ALARM or appropriate communications center.
Work under the direction of the In Charge Paramedic in regard to patient care when appropriate.
Work in a team with either In-Charge Paramedic, Attendant Paramedic or another EMT as assigned.
Review and acknowledge all organizational updates as requested.
Complete all Annual CAAS Required Courses.
Attend mandated continuing education or other educational initiatives as requested.
Other duties as necessary that are reasonably consistent with the above.

The Position/Role
The Bell Attendant/Guest ServicesAttendant is a combination role of Bell, Door and Valet Attendants. They will be responsible for creating a sense of arrival for resort, restaurant and banquet guests by welcoming them to the hotel and safely parking their car. They will also assist with delivering luggage and packages to guest villas and/or areas around the resort, conduct resort and room orientations, provide directions and/or information about Napa Valley. The Bell Attendant/Guest ServicesAttendant will also provide a fond farewell departing guests at the hotel.
What You Will Do:
Greets all guests and delivers luggage to room upon check-in, provides overview of resort, room orientation based off first time or return guest, picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage of the front drive. Maintains proper records of all actions.
Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints, assist guests in all inquiries, services, directions, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, recommendations for off property, etc.
Assist the Concierge and Front Desk with deliveries, tasks and special requests.
Receives vehicles from guests and drives to the hotel garage, adhering to all traffic regulations, and speed limits, using caution not to damage the vehicle being driven and other vehicles in the vicinity. Picks up vehicles when requested in a timely manner.
Drives golf cart to both pickup and drop off guests throughout the resort. Following speed limits and using caution to yield to pedestrians.
Assesses any damage to vehicle. Clearly notes any damage on claim ticket along with locations of vehicle when parked. Deposits key and ticket in bell closet.
Performs errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the property.
Performs shoeshine service; picking up shoes from guest villas, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
Provides a high level of cleanliness in the lobby, luggage storage room, and driveway and resort entrance.
Maintains cleanliness of golf carts and luggage carts.
Collect door knob hangers from guest villas for in room dining requests.
Assist with preparation and delivery of Overnight Newspapers and Room Service Delivery.
Audit vehicles parked in garage for front office to post charges nightly.
Prepare arrival area and golf carts for inclement weather.
Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence of or due to heavy volume in Lobby coverage, Housekeeping and other areas as needed.
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

The Guest ServicesAttendant creates a strong sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant and banquet guests. Arranges for cars to be parked or retrieved. Arranges transportation for guest.
