Responsibilities
Follow Triple-S safe methods of work at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
Safely and properly move steel to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand, forklift, overhead crane or other equipment. Attach slings, hooks, or other devices to lift material and guide loads; to climb onto vehicles to tie down and release material being loaded. This is continuous daily activity.
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds for up to 25 feet to heights of 5 feet; exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects, reach, squat, stand, walk up to 5 miles per day, climb up stairs, ladders and on equipment while wearing required personal protective equipment as necessary.
Apply proper bundling techniques.
Configure load based on planned route including multiple stops.
Maximize load capacity on trailer without sacrificing safety.
Maintain and safely operate all assigned tools and equipment, including but not limited to tape measure, caliper, hammer, pallet trucks, banding machine, micrometer, beam hooks, plate lifting clamps, forklift, overhead crane and personal protective equipment;
Determine safety issues pertaining to equipment and promptly report them.
Work indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather conditions including precipitation, cold/heat, high wind, and turbulent conditions. The MaterialHandler will be regularly exposed to the typical weather of the local area.
Maintain spatial orientation and awareness to safely move around work environment with many moving objects.
Judge near and far distance to maintain awareness of ongoing work activities of other people and equipment in the area.
Attend all required company meetings.

Qualifications
Ability to correctly read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs.
Ability to safely meet or exceed minimum productivity levels established by the Company.
Ability to effectively plan and organize work activities independent of direct supervision; work alone and in a team environment.
Ability to develop a good working knowledge of product and inventory control techniques and procedures.
Ability to maintain ongoing inter-department communications related to routing, safety, and customer relations.
Demonstrate basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
May be required to demonstrate strong customer relations skills.

We are looking for an excellent MaterialHandler to support and replenish our Print Team with warehouse material and help ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency by supporting production, inspection of product and packaging needs throughout the facility. CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $5,000 to $52,500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $5,000 to $100,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits.Benefits

Responsibilities: Duties MaterialHandler: Locates material and pulls orders using established RF/warehouse procedures to fulfill orders; Responsible for unloading product (using both a forklift and hand loading) and putting away product accurately to designated areas within the warehouse; Checks in any incoming product using established RF/warehouse procedures for receiving, ensuring deliveries match the company purchase order; Meets or exceeds established goals for order pulling accuracy and inventory accuracy; Performs any necessary activities to get products ready for staging such as accurate labeling and wrapping ; Preps and assembles products as needed for custom non stock orders; Ability to operate equipment and machinery related to position such as a forklift; Assists with maintaining the warehouse in an orderly and clean state, and complies with all company safety procedures; Continues any relevant RF training or operations training as assigned by the Company. Delivery Driver: Operates Company vehicle safely and courteously while following the rules of the road. Verifies the daily preventative maintenance of the vehicle and report any problems with the vehicle to the Warehouse Manager. Interior of the trucks must be kept clean, organized, and safely maintained. Complies with all DOT requirements and company policy regarding safety and compliance; Pre-plans deliveries and routes to ensure maximum efficiency and timing deadlines; Manifests jobs in the sequence of order delivery to ensure prompt notifications to our customers; Compares paperwork with product on truck to ensure accuracy of orders; Inspects and secures all loads on truck; Responsible for loading product (using both a forklift and hand loading) onto trucks, including items such as boxes, ladders, strut, etc. Responsible for hand unloading and delivering products/orders to specified job sites as part of a multi-stop route; Taking pictures of deliveries made using Innovo phone app. Makes note of any discrepancies and report them to the Warehouse Manager as soon as possible. Responsible for promptly picking up any return product (as needed) and ensuring that the product is delivered to the appropriate department for processing.
Skills: Technical Qualifications/Experience
* A minimum of one year experience in a similar position is preferred;
* Experience with RF devices is a plus;
* Experience with forklift and ability to maintain forklift certification;
* Clean driving record and the ability to drive a range of vehicles, from small pick-up truck to 2- ton/5-speed flatbed diesel truck;
* Must be 21 years of age to meet auto insurance requirements.
* Strong attention to detail;
* Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records;
* Strong communication skills;
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Ability to interact with employees, customers and vendors in a professional manner;
* Understanding of safe warehouse practices;
* Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
Physical Requirements:
* The employee is regularly required to sit; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel a computer mouse or other computer equipment; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; use hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects; stand, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl;
* May be required to move or traverse considerable distances in the facility during the course of a workday;
* Must have the physical abilities to perform essential warehouse tasks;
* Must have good physical fitness with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to a height of 3-4 feet and load product into trucks;
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position for an extended period of time;
* Ability to ascend/descend a ladder to pull or put away product from shelving and racking;
* Ability to safely operate a dolly, pallet jack and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies.

Our team in Aurora CO is looking for Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our Distribution Team! The role of the Shipping/Receiving Specialist is to provide administrative support for the entire Steven Charles warehousing and distribution system. This position is also responsible for understanding related Quality Management Systems including SQF, HACCP, and GMP to ensure safety and quality of employees and products. The job duties include responsibility for assuring food safety and for food quality for Steven Charles products. A supervisor or other person of authority should be notified if any issues or threats to food safety or food quality are observed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping track of data and source documents.
Preparing, sorting and interpreting data in an organized manner so entries can be efficiently made. This would include matching assemblies with batch tickets, matching POs with receiving, etc.
Maintaining current tracking system and update existing system to meet future requirements.
Clarifying missing information by contacting document author.
Resolving questions, inconsistencies and errors independently.
Maintaining database.
Comparing current physical inventory with what system shows. Cycle counting.
Process all documents related to shipping and receiving of finished goods
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is expected to stand for up to eight hours per day.
