The primary responsibility of the Coordinator Banquets Stewarding is to coordinate the Stewarding Banquet Department's schedules, labor expenses, TM forms and support to the Director of Culinary Operations and Department Managers. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures. This is a safety-related position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Coordinates budgeted costs and manages expenses of Stewarding departments.
* Coordinate Stewarding setups, function and kitchen managers.
* Assists with scheduling, training, and coordinating Stewarding team members.
* Provides support to other departments involved in Stewarding operations.
* Performs any other related duties as assigned.
* Maintain schedules and labor tracking.
* Maintain department and Team Member records in accordance with compliance standards

The Administrative Assistant performs all basic administrative functions in the Banquets department and is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

+ College course work in related field helpful.

+ Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
