Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of: Professional table side service and buffet setting; cash register operations and procedures. Skill in: Folding napkins; setting a formal dining table; utilizing props in a creative manner; providing dining and table side customer service. Education: No formal education required. Experience: One (1) year of experience in large scale food service. Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
