Job Summary
The BanquetServer is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests during events and banquets, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited's Service standards. We are hiring seasonal Bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team at our Main Club & Beach Club outlet, starting May 1st. Bartenders prepare all alcoholic drinks for Members and guests at the Main Club or Beach Club, according to professional standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Bartender's main job is to know the standard drink recipes and be able to mix them quickly and accurately.
Occasionally, customers have their own preferences or recipes for a bartender to follow.
Bartenders also check the identification of members and guests at the bars to ensure that they meet the minimum drinking age.
Bartenders take drink orders and serve drinks using Jonas POS computer system to charge members for their drinks.
In the restaurant, bartenders fill drink orders placed by the diners, but the drinks are usually served by waiters.
Bartenders also have additional duties; they arrange bottles and barwares, wash glasses and clean the bar. Bartenders also remove empty bottles and trash and replace empty beer kegs.
Bartenders stock the bar by bringing liquor bottles, mixed drink ingredients, and other bar supplies from the storeroom to the bar.
They keep track of wines, beers, liquors, and other supplies, reporting what is needed to the bar manager.

Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
