Overview

Job Summary:
The purpose of the Banquet Server is to interact with guests and ensure that they have a great experience when dining and meeting at the restaurant. Job Summary
The Banquet Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests during events and banquets, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited's Service standards. What youll do:
Must have 2+years high-volume recent bartending experience
You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes

This role pays an hourly rate of $20.00 to $23.00.

Responsibilities
Event Setup and Preparation: Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setting up tables, chairs, linens, and service stations while ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
Service Execution: Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests during events, including serving courses, refilling beverages, and promptly addressing guest needs.
Clean-Up and Reset: Break down and clean event spaces after services, including clearing tables, storing equipment, and resetting the room for the next event while adhering to company cleanliness standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Food Service or Hospitality: Prior experience as a banquet server, waiter/waitress, or in a similar role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to stay composed and efficient during busy events.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a welcoming and accommodating experience for guests.
Physical Stamina and Dexterity: Ability to stand for extended periods, carry heavy trays, and move quickly while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.

Europa Village is seeking an experienced Banquet Server to provide authentic and anticipatory service to our guests during special events. Review and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO's) at the beginning of each shift to ensure banquet rooms are set as per client's request

Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert tables with specified tools, wares, and equipment according to Europa Village standards
Greet guests warmly
