Scope of Position
The BanquetServer provides table service to all patrons by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Hourly Staff Schedule Requirements
All staffs are kindly asked to understand that the property operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. While the company will make every attempt to create a work and life balance, all hourly paid team members may be asked to work extended shifts and additional days based on business demands. The busiest of days during the season (Memorial Day through Columbus Day) are the weekend days from Friday thru Sunday and on holiday weekends that are celebrated on Mondays, this can include Mondays. All seasonal staff must be aware and able to work all weekends; requesting time off for a holiday weekend may not and will likely not be granted. The more flexible you are the more you can learn, grow, earn. Rate of pay for this position is $25.00 as follows, $5.00 hourly base rate plus $20.00 per hour in service changes inclusive.

This role involves bar setup, prep & stocking, batching cocktails, preparing juices and garnishes, organizing, maintaining overall cleanliness, and ensuring the efficiency of the bar and surrounding areas. Bar prep additionally oversees receiving, storing, and dispersing goods to ensure that each department's supply needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, helping maintain the restaurant to the highest standard of organization and in accordance with Swinger's standards and Department of Health guidelines.
Our perfect candidate has:
Minimum 6 months experience in a busy environment
Kitchen prep or line cook experience is a plus!
TIPS alcohol certification
Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays

Principal Function:
A BanquetServer plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing professional and efficient food and beverage service during events. From the setup of banquet spaces to the seamless execution of meal service, they maintain an acute focus on detail and hospitality. Essential Responsibilities:
Event Setup and Preparation:
Prepare banquet rooms according to event specifications, including setting up tables, chairs, linens, and service stations while ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards.
Service Execution:
Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests during events, including serving courses, refilling beverages, and promptly addressing guest needs.
Clean-Up and Reset:
Break down and clean event spaces after services, including clearing tables, storing equipment, and resetting the room for the next event while adhering to company cleanliness standards.
Qualifications/Skills:
Experience in Food Service or Hospitality:
Prior experience as a banquetserver, waiter/waitress, or in a similar role in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment:
Strong multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to stay composed and efficient during busy events.
Customer Service Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide a welcoming and accommodating experience for guests.

Other Requirements:
