Has less than 2% return of items due to order mistakes. Keep beverage glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils Legibly completes guest checks and accurately enters orders into the POS system following company procedures with 100% accuracy. Picks up orders and completes plate/drink preparation correctly as specified by company expo procedures. Performs check-back procedures with tables within 2 minutes of guests receiving their food and drinks. Totals and presents guest checks and carries out payment procedures with 100% accuracy. Performs side-work duties correctly as specified. Follows all end-of-shift checkout procedures with 100% accuracy. Follows the alcohol serving procedures in regard to beverage service standards, awareness standards, and government regulations with 100% accuracy Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Must be able to read and communicate in English clearly and effectively. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly, throughout the shift. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift. Must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must have the ability to lift, stoop, and bend. Must be reliable and punctual. Must be able to work well with others. Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction. Must be efficient and accurate with money and figures. Must possess manual ability to manipulate the register system and handle/serve food. Must be able to pass food safety training.
