As a key member of our hospitality team, you will provide efficient bar set up, maintenance, and general service support toward an exceptional all-around experience for our guests. You are a team-oriented individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities with excellent organization and communication skills that translate into positive outcomes for yourself, restaurant staff members, and guests. Responsibilities: Assist bartender and manager with efficient bar set up from the beginning to end of shift. Keep bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and all other necessary items before and during service. Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, and restock napkins and straws. Keep bar area neat; cleaning as needed, remove glassware and organize all sections of bar stations. Coordinate with managers, frontline team members and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service to guests. Qualifications: Friendly and customer-focused personality. Fast-paced, team-oriented experience. Ability to stand, walk, and carry service items for prolonged periods of time.
