Based on extensive knowledge of beverage and menu options, Bartenders prepare and serve beverages for the lounge and the dining room in accordance with established recipes and presentation guidelines. In addition, Bartenders total and present checks, maintain their station in a clean and orderly manner, and follow all sanitation, food handling, and liquor regulations. Bartenders partner with Servers, Bussers, and other team members to ensure that each and every guest receives outstanding service and hospitality. Responsibilities Complete and pass required training modules - both initial and ongoing - for Bartenders and Servers. Know your work schedule for the week, arrive at work on time, and meet standards for uniform and professional appearance. Know and understand beverage and menu options. Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines. Communicate with Manager and Hosts to understand reservations, guest flow, large parties, or special event needs.
