Responsibilities:
Adheres to responsible alcohol service standards.
Able to successfully “slow down a guest” or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary.
Follows recipes to prepare beverages such as liquor, cocktails, and other drinks.
Operates within full compliance of state liquors laws, regulations, health codes, and sanitation guidelines.
Conducts basic cash and credit card transactions.
Maintains glassware and utensils.
Knows the menu and how to read each guest to make appropriate beverage and food recommendations.
Qualifications:
TIPS certification.
1‑2 years of on hand experience mixing and making alcoholic drinks
Ability to multi‑task.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
Preferred availability is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
