Serves food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to service standards. Must provide fine dining steps of service Must be able to provide proper wine service and technique. Responsible for presenting checks and securing settlement of checks for food and beverages. Must completely bus tables/bar top and keep respective side station clean and stocked at all times. Maintain food service and/or side station areas as required. Responsible for pre-busing: separating flatware, dishes, and glasses for the dishwashing area.
