Stonebreaker Hotal, formerly the Pratt Place Inn was first opened in 2008 as an independent, locally owned and operated boutique hotel located on 144-acres at the top of Markham Hill, one of the Seven Hills in Fayetteville Arkansas. The 18,900sf building will be renovated and transformed to offer an extensive F&B program with significant outdoor dining and private dining options, a Membership Club Lounge, and check in area for guests.

The ability of our Host Associates to proficiently multi-task provides guests at Hay Creek properties a secure, comfortable confidence that their service expectations will be exceeded.
Essential Functions:
Set-up events according to BEO and floor plan outlines, including moving tables and chairs, setting linens, flatware, and glassware, arranging décor, building a buffet line, and all other assigned pre-function duties.
Service events according to BEO timing and direction from Banquet Captain. Adhere to all food service standards and quality assurance procedures. Follow all buffet service and plate service standards.
Break down events according to BEO in a safe, accident-free manner, including the breakdown of tables and stacking of chairs, removal of linens, bussing all used glassware and tableware, breakdown of buffet, trash removal, vacuuming, and all other assigned post-event duties.
Provide bottled wine service to tables according to standard. Deliver requested beverages to guests.
Tend to stationary hors d'oeuvres or perform passed hors d'oeuvre service to guests. Be knowledgeable about items offered and communicate the item professionally, as directed by chef.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Must feel comfortable with the use of technology (integrated point of sale system - Aloha, and Open Table reservations system)
6mo.-1 year serving experience in a high volume full service restaurant
Prior Wine/Liquor knowledge no required, but a plus.
Ability to work in a constructive, team working environment with a positive, upbeat and customer-focused attitude.
Flexibility to work nights or mornings, weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal days (i.e. town festivals).

Job Overview:

Position Overview
The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and mixed drinks. Accuracy, consistency, and exceptional service are key to ensuring every guest enjoys their visit.
Principal Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Customer Service
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude
• Fulfill drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Anticipate guest needs to elevate their overall experience
Inventory & Quality Management
• Mix and serve beverages according to recipe standards
• Use assigned measuring tools to ensure consistency
• Complete opening/closing inventories, transfers, and spoil logs
• Record sales and transaction variances accurately
• Restock products throughout the shift and reset based on pars
• Ensure product levels are maintained before, during, and after event
Upselling
• Promote specials, featured drinks, and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue
Safe & Responsible Service / Compliance
• Follow all ABC and AMP alcohol service guidelines
• Check IDs and uphold alcohol cut-off procedures
• Set up and break down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Process payment transactions accurately
• Protect company assets and maintain proper cash-handling practices
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude throughout every shift
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Follow all company policies and procedures
Education, Training & Traits
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment-especially on show days

Job Summary: The Server will take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly, efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The Server must ensure that the customers feel welcome, comfortable, and well attended to at all times.
Job Duties:
· Greet customers in a friendly manner.
· Present menus to customers, inform them of daily specials, and suggest appetizers.
· Explain how various menu items are prepared, answer any customer questions.
· Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
· Enter food and drink orders into computer system for transmittal to kitchen staff.
· Double check food for accuracy and temperature before serving to customer.
· Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner.
· Check with customers periodically during to refill drinks, inquire about satisfaction, and take any actions necessary to correct problems.
· Pre-bus tables.
· Offer dessert to customers during lunch/dinner time.

· Perform food preparation duties such as preparing salads, cold dishes, portioning desserts, and brewing coffee/tea.

· Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
· Perform side duties as required and other duties as requested.

Qualification and Skills:
