Able to communicate with service assistants to efficiently keep their whole section on pace with their needs. Communicates directly with fellow Front of House and Heart of House Team to ensure that orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated. Collects tickets and follows proper cash-handling procedures. Promotes a clean, safe, and neat environment for Guests.
