Scope of Position

Hourly Staff Schedule Requirements
All staffs are kindly asked to understand that the property operation is 24 hours a day 7 days a week, inclusive of all holidays. While the company will make every attempt to create a work and life balance, all hourly paid team members may be asked to work extended shifts and additional days based on business demands. The busiest of days during the season (Memorial Day through Columbus Day) are the weekend days from Friday thru Sunday and on holiday weekends that are celebrated on Mondays, this can include Mondays. Provide a warm farewell and invite guests to return again soon.
Complete required reports and paperwork to include closing out of registers after each shift as directed by supervisor.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Keep all bar/lounge equipment and supplies at the proper level throughout all hours of operation in order to ensure proper service to all guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure that all bar areas are set up properly for lounge opening.
