The Support Team Member (Barback / Food Runner) plays a critical role in maintaining smooth front-of-house operations by supporting servers, bartenders, and the overall guest experience. This position ensures the dining and bar areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked while providing timely assistance to service staff and delivering professional, guest-focused hospitality. Key Responsibilities
.Maintain tables and bar areas by clearing dishes, refilling water, and ensuring a continuous flow through all steps of service.
Identify guest needs and promptly notify servers, bartenders, or management when corrective actions are required.
Manage inventory pars for front-of-house items, including stocking beer, wine, roll-ups, and other essential supplies.
Support servers with additional duties as needed to maintain an efficient service environment.
Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring the next shift is set up for success.
