SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Aggressively pursues the recruitment of teens (ages 13 - 18) to participate in Christian Youth in Action (CYIA) to prepare them for conducting 5-Day Club ministry. 2. Assists in establishing 5-Day Club locations in churches, backyards, community centers and/or parks. 3. Promotes the ministries of CEF by following up with contacts and churches. 4. Expands the ministry through raising financial support for the ministry. 5. Works in the Richmond and surrounding areas to establish a team of CYIA teens to help do the ministry. 6. Ensure that all activity reports are forwarded to the local directors office by the 4th of the month for the month prior. 7.
