Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead graphicdesigner, establishing visual style, guiding design standards, and sharing advanced-level expertise with team members and freelancers.

Requirements
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in graphicdesign or similar or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements: 3+ years' experience in the GraphicDesign field.
Technology Requirements: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related design tools, Microsoft Office in particular, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and Asana. Design digital and print assets including: social media graphics, email and newsletter layouts, web and blog imagery, environmental/booth design, and marketing collateral including but not limited to toolkits, one-pagers and multi-pagers, reports, infographics, presentations and more
Create user-friendly, updatable templates: PPT, Word, Canva for non-designers; Adobe/Figma templates for design team
