The Pharmacist is responsible for the interpretation and dispensing of medication orders including the proper handling, usage, and storage of drugs in the pharmacy. This position maintains standards set by the department and translates policies and procedures into the daily operation of the pharmacy. Responsible for acting as an information resource to patients, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy and drug related information and literature.
* Location: Weekly rotation between Brent Lane Hospital (Pensacola, FL) and Gulf Breeze Hospital (Gulf Breeze, FL)
* Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off for enhanced work-life balance
* Shift Hours: 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM (night shift with differential pay)
* Responsible for interpretation of physician medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness, informing them of any errors, omissions, or discrepancies and, based on an evaluation of the patient's condition, suggests appropriate or alternate drug therapy to the physician.
* Responsible for maintaining accurate and proper patient medication profiles, monitoring to insure the proper choice of drug, dosage form, strength, length of therapy and interaction potential of the prescribed drug.
* Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of, and conforming to legal requirements concerning the distribution of drugs, as well as good working knowledge of recent developments in the field of pharmacy (self continuing education by attending available conferences, meetings and seminars).
* Responsible for the daily coordination of the manufacturing and distribution of sterile products, including intravenous admixtures, irrigating solutions, total parenteral nutrition solutions, chemotherapy products and miscellaneous products.
* Responsible for training, supervising, educating, and checking the work of supportive personnel and students.
* Responsible for the distribution, control and record keeping of all controlled substances.
* Assumes "charge pharmacist" responsibilities as required, for the coordination of weekend and evening shifts which include supervising the part time pharmacists and supportive personnel, assigning work and delegating tasks and responsibilities, and for handling problems that arise during the absence or unavailability of the director of pharmacy services.
* Maintains current knowledge/certification/licensure. Pursues professional growth and development.

The auditor reviews professional fee billing, coding and documentation. Reviews to be performed are identified based on the then-current OIG Workplan and compliance risk analyses. What You'll Do:
As a Certified NP, you will be taking calls remotely for national level for CCM visits from 7pm-7am or 7pm- 7am rotating with our other providers. These duties can be performed remotely but you must be available to take the calls when you are scheduled to work. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Michigan and complete CCM visits monthly. Typical schedule may be varied and shall include weekends, holidays, and evenings.
You should have experience in one of the following specialties: acute care, family health or geriatrics. Patience, problem-solving, and good communication skills are important. Your daily responsibilities include:
Examine patients medical records

POSITION SUMMARY: The CT Technologist will obtain quality diagnostic CT images for interpretation by the radiologist. Assists with clerical duties, and possesses knowledge of computers RIS, PACS.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
