Baptist Health South Florida is the only company I have to ever worked for were the supervisors and the Director of PFS do not call insurance companies or work claims. The billing supervisors do not have the same access as the billers so it is impossible to go to the supervisors for help! The supervisors n director DO NOT AGAIN DO NOT take an active role in working or having access in working accounts...they simply say it’s not there job. Claims sometimes sit in the same status for weeks before someone looks at them. There is only overtime for the people who are the favorites and the favoritism is crazy. Listen Baptist is a good place to get ur skill set up but it’s not a place for longevity. There is ZERO GROWTH POTENTIAL!!!

The supervisors do not work the Director of PFS needs to be replaced along with all the supervisors with trained monkeys

Learned a lot about myself as a professional and how to handle stressful situations in a calm and cool manner. The gratitude from patients every time I assisted them in making their visits go as smooth as possible.
