Knowledge of reimbursement principles, discharge planning process, accreditation standards, infection control principles. Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Assertive and diplomatic communication, team building problem resolution, and negotiation skills. Must be able to deal sensitively with coworkers, medical staff and community representatives. Computer experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Excellent organizational skills including effective time management, collaboration, priority setting and process improvement. Demonstrates leadership ability, initiative, professionalism and integrity. Estimated pay range for this position is $50.06 - $65.07 / hour depending on shift as applicable.
