The Dining Room Host greets and seats guests of Degrees restaurant and is the first and last contact with the guest, focusing on the importance of customer service. This role takes and maintains reservations in the Open Table system ensuring that correct information is taken and properly recorded. The Dining Room Host answers the telephone and responds to guest inquiries.
