These years will be considered "sponsored years." 2. During the sponsored years, MCMH will pay for the employee to attend class and study, for up to 16 hours per week. 3. During the sponsored years, the employee will work as a patient experience aide or in certified nursing assistant role at Northern Light MCMH for 24 hours per week. Employees accepted into the program will be considered full time and will be eligible to receive full time benefits. 4. When not actively enrolled in full-time classes, the employee agrees to work full time 40 hours/per week. If enrolled in part-time class schedule, hours will be prorated. 5. Post NCLEX, the employee promises to remain a full time nurse with Northern Light Health MCMH for 1 year for every $10,000 paid on their behalf for tuition and/or educational expenses to their school during the sponsored year(s) with a maximum commitment of five years of service. 6. Will apply to an open new grad position within MCMH and will be enrolled in the Nurse Residency program for their first year of nursing practice. Must be willing and able to provide copies of transcripts indicating completion levels and grades as well as 2 letters of recommendation (one clinical and one educational).
