RESTAURANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs an active role in promoting the QDOBA restaurant in the local community, including networks with community leaders to establish relationships; participates and represents the Company in community events; keeps informed of local competitor activities.
Promotes a guest-centric culture and holds District and restaurant managers accountable for continuously improving the guest experience, including: reviews guest experience reports (i.e. Voice Of Guest, guest relations calls), coaches and empowers District and restaurant management to deliver on all aspects of the guest experience including food quality and safety, speed of service, hospitality, problem resolution, cleanliness and order accuracy.
Provides constructive and actionable feedback; follows-up with leaders to ensure timely and professional resolution of guest complaints and guest issues; contacts guest as needed.
Conducts high impact visits to the restaurants to observe all areas of operations and evaluate the guest experience.
Develops relationships with restaurant employees and promotes a work environment of mutual respect; seeks and acts upon employee feedback; addresses employee relations issues and ethics calls; conducts employee investigations and resolves issues.
Oversees the ongoing training and development of internal and external candidates for management and team leader positions; partners with management to identify development needs and implement development plans; and ensures succession management by leading training sessions and workshops.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of Impactful Restaurant Multi-Unit Leadership experience.
Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management skills.

Is a self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. Job Summary:
The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, ensuring smooth execution of events and exceptional member and guest experience. This role involves managing the setup, service, and breakdown of banquet functions while maintaining Invited service standards. Day to Day:
Recruit, develop, and performance manage banquet service personnel according to club procedures.
Implement and facilitate training programs, including service training, to maintain welltrained staff in-line with Invited service standards, driving service excellence, member satisfaction, and retention.
Communicate with the Event Sales Director during event preparation to ensure proper staffing and seamless execution of private functions.
Review banquet event orders (BEO's) and daily logs to understand function details, ensuring room setups correspond with function sheets and making necessary adjustments as required.
Oversee the timely service of food and beverages, ensuring adherence to Invited standards of service and quality.
Monitor events to ensure food is served on time, communicate with the event host postevent to confirm their satisfaction, and collect payment, completing necessary accounting paperwork.
Manage room breakdown and setup based on event details outlined in the function book.
Execute opening procedures for the banquet department and ensure the room is prepared according to event standards.
Record relevant information in the MOD log for the next shift.
Provide a warm welcome by greeting members and guests by name and ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.
Ensure all side work is completed, including maintaining clean and organized work areas, refilling and stocking containers and supplies, and ensuring sanitary conditions as outlined in the Service standards.
Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests as needed.

Job Summary
