Job Summary:
The Racquet Sports Director is responsible for overseeing a diverse range of activities, including tennis, pickleball, and squash, tailored for participants of all ages and skill levels. Day-to-Day:
Conduct orientation sessions for new members, introducing them to the racquet facilities and available programs.

Organize, schedule, and promote a variety of racquet-related events, including social gatherings, leagues, round robins, drop-ins, ladders, tournaments, and lessons that engage members and support their health and wellness goals.
Develop and promote a range of racquet clinics and programs for adults, juniors, and seniors, including "First Serve," "Right Start," and "First Pickle."
Collaborate with the Member Relations Coordinator to effectively market racquet events and special promotions.
Lead the recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and training of all racquet staff, ensuring alignment with the club's values and philosophies. Maintain operational excellence and uphold the club's service standards to exceed member and guest expectations.
Ensure racquet courts and facilities are maintained to professional and aesthetic standards and create a safe environment for all users.
Maximize the utilization of the club's racquet facilities to retain current members and attract new ones.

Manage the racquet and related departments to achieve financial performance goals, meeting budgetary, revenue, and profit objectives.

About You:
Required
A bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Physical Education, or a related field.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in racquet sports programming or management, with a strong background in tennis, pickleball, and squash.
A minimum of 3 years of experience conducting group racquet sports clinics, private lessons, or instructional programs for players of varying skill levels, including juniors and adults.
A minimum of 2 years of experience organizing and running social events for members.
A recognized certification from a reputable pickleball organization (e.g., PPA, USPTA, or PTR) is required with a minimum playing ability of 4.5+.
Preferred
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a racquet sports environment is highly desirable.
Excellent experience with ROGY programs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engaging programs for various skill levels and age groups.
Excellent experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sports or recreation environment, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional member/guest service.
Excellent experience in promoting pickleball programs, lessons, and memberships to help drive engagement and participation.
Demonstrated ability to work well with people of all ages and abilities, demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills

Job Summary
The Beverage Cart Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service and enriching the member and guest experience while playing on the golf course and/or other designated areas. Day to Day
Maintain exceptional F&B service standards as outlined in Invited's training programs.
Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests, always ensuring a polite and friendly demeanor.
Provide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes.
Assist members and guests with requests, such as directions to the restroom or clubhouse, and offer to dispose of trash to maintain a clean environment.
Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies before service begins.
Operate the golf cart safely, following all guidelines, policies, and procedures to avoid accidents.
Collect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile daily transactions, depositing cash in the designated area.
Document product spills and waste using daily par versus usage sheets.
Maintain thorough knowledge of available products and upsell where applicable.
Use tee sheets and line-ups to identify members and guests, creating personalized experiences with their favorites.
Communicate with the F&B Director regarding special product requests or issues with food quality, supplies, or presentation.
Clean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift, ensuring compliance with health code standards.
Request and restock supplies in a timely manner to maintain proper par levels for consistent service.
Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and participate as a supportive team member.
Notify management of any member/guest complaints immediately and practice effective service recovery.
Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups at all times.

Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Attendant is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall cleanliness of the golf club's facilities, ensuring all areas meet the highest standards of functionality, safety, and appearance. Day to Day
Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary. Keep all floors swept, mopped, and polished, including courts, exercise rooms, stairwells, lobby and hallway areas, restrooms, and any other areas needed.
Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chair arms, desks, credenzas, chandeliers, pictures, televisions, woodwork, and artwork, including all ceiling HVAC registers.
Responsible for seeing that daily assignments are completed in their respective areas, to meet club standards and as communicated expectations (i.e. orderly/organized work areas, straighten/arrange entry area, picking up trash/debris, etc.).
Perform or contract facility maintenance and housekeeping repairs and maintenance including, but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, carpentry, flooring, walls, ceilings, special projects, and other related areas.
Responsible for maintaining a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance and ongoing improvements.
Communicate effectively with supervisor to coordinate, prioritize, document, and complete work requests from Department Heads, members, and guests.

Job Summary:
The Fitness Trainer is responsible for creating a safe, effective, and engaging fitness environment for club members and guests. The role helps with supervising exercise programs, educating members on proper techniques, and developing personalized fitness plans tailored to individual goals and needs. In addition to offering expert guidance, the Fitness Trainer will actively promote the club's services and facilities, ensuring a positive experience for all. By consistently delivering the 3-steps of service-Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells-you will contribute to a supportive and motivating atmosphere for members and guests.
Reporting Structure
• Reports to the Fitness Manager or Fitness Director
Day-to-Day
Assist in the exercise and fitness areas of the club, including supporting members and guests with their exercise and fitness programs.
Evaluate member/guest fitness needs and provide the appropriate exercise program for meeting those needs, including providing personal instruction if necessary.
Conduct new Member Fit Start appointments in accordance with club standards and track accordingly. Connect with members regularly and promote fitness activities, including warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
Update fitness activities and programming on web page and/or member communication board, as applicable.
Promote the facility amenities, programs and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service that aligns with the values, philosophies, and standards of the club.
Maintain current fitness-related certifications including CPR/AED and actively seek new education opportunities that are presented through Invited partnerships.
Ensure that daily assignments are effectively completed in designated areas to uphold Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, arranging and tidying entry areas, and properly stocking and organizing equipment and materials.
Responsible for daily processing of all accounting procedures around personal training and or group session(s) accurately.
Submit monthly forecasts for expected sessions, Fit Starts and New Client goals.
Maintain an up-to-date schedule of availability to ensure accuracy.
Additional Duties
Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.
Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.
Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.
Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team's success. To evaluate Member/Guest fitness needs and provide the appropriate exercise program for meeting those needs, including providing personal instruction.
About you
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Fitness Trainer, demonstrating proficiency in developing and leading personalized fitness programs.
Current personal training certifications: ACSM, NASM, ACE, PTA Global, NFPT, ISSA, CSCS or NSCA.
Certification in CPR, First Aid and AED within the last 6 months as well as being a certified group exercise instructor with AFAA or ACE.
Preferred
A college degree in health, fitness, exercise science, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate and motivate clients.
Ability to assess individual fitness levels and develop tailored exercise programs.

Job Summary
The Starter Golf is responsible for managing the flow of play on the golf course, ensuring an orderly and efficient experience for all players. Help members/guests by locating lost balls, offering rides when requested, and supporting their needs on the course.

Maintain a sufficient supply of scorecards, pencils, tees, and other essentials to support a smooth experience for members/guests.
Ensure timely presence on the course according to the schedule, coordinating with starters or golf operations staff to report any incidents or issues.
Uphold and enforce all club rules related to the golf course, ensuring a consistent and fair experience for all players.
Repair ball marks, fill divots with topsoil, pick up loose items, and ensure cart guidance ropes and supports are properly positioned.
Collaborate with other golf operations staff such as Outside Services, Range Attendants, and Cart Attendants to ensure efficient and seamless service.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to meet club standards, including maintaining cleanliness on the course, restocking supplies, and ensuring signage is tidy.
Keep members/guests informed about club offerings, features, upcoming events, and specials available in the Golf Shop.

The Beverage Cart Attendant will enhance member retention and coordinate with other club departments to consistently provide the 3-steps of service, whether serving on the golf course, in the halfway house, or other designated food and beverage service areas.
Reporting Structure
• Reports to the Director of Food & Beverage
Day to Day
Maintain exceptional F&B service standards as outlined in Invited's training programs.
Greet members by name and introduce yourself to guests, always ensuring a polite and friendly demeanor.
Provide timely and attentive coverage of assigned course areas, anticipating visits to each group every 4-5 holes.
Assist members and guests with requests, such as directions to the restroom or clubhouse, and offer to dispose of trash to maintain a clean environment.
Stock the beverage cart with food, beverages, ice, and transaction supplies before service begins.
Operate the golf cart safely, following all guidelines, policies, and procedures to avoid accidents.
Collect payments (cash, member charge, etc.) and accurately reconcile daily transactions, depositing cash in the designated area.
Document product spills and waste using daily par versus usage sheets.
Maintain thorough knowledge of available products and upsell where applicable.
Use tee sheets and line-ups to identify members and guests, creating personalized experiences with their favorites.
Communicate with the F&B Director regarding special product requests or issues with food quality, supplies, or presentation.
Clean and sanitize the cart at the end of each shift, ensuring compliance with health code standards.
Request and restock supplies in a timely manner to maintain proper par levels for consistent service.
Assist fellow employees to deliver the 3-steps of service and participate as a supportive team member.
Notify management of any member/guest complaints immediately and practice effective service recovery.
Know and follow the rules of golf etiquette when approaching golf groups at all times.
Additional Duties
Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.
Follow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.
Take the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.
Address and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.
Attend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team's success.
Wear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards.
About You
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in Food & Beverage service.
Certification in alcohol and food safety awareness.
Valid driver's license to operate golf cart.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
Strong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.
Capable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required.
Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
Effective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity.

As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests!
