POSITION SNAPSHOT: Our Captain position ensures Guests' initial impressions with Dave & Buster's are positive and welcoming. The Captain's position requires a strong communicator who will guide our Guests through their Midway, retail, game rental and dining experiences. Our Captains also act as an initial point of contact in the enforcement of house policies and maintaining the safety and security of the unit.

* Acts as an initial point of contact in matters concerning safety and security in all areas: front door, Viewpoints, Midway, bar areas, kitchen and back of house areas, dining areas, private event rooms and restrooms.
* Acts as ambassador to the building, assisting Guests with all requests and answers questions as needed.
* Greets Guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smiles and greets Guests upon entering.
* Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
* Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Guests, Team Members and Managers.
* Competently diffuses difficult Guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of our staff, building and house policies.
* Assists with the maintenance and upkeep of the Viewpoint and Midway areas.
* Assists in the cleanliness and organization of the rental equipment. Ensures all billiard supplies are stocked, properly cleaned and maintained to maximize costs and decrease loss.
* Checks for restocking of necessary supplies. Brings all areas up to standard.
* Assists in the rental of Billiards and Shuffleboards, maintaining and resetting the area after each use.
* Assists with the set up and break down of special events functions as directed by management.
* Provides game assistance by promptly notifying Support Technicians or Management as needed.
* Assists and directs Guests to Kiosk areas and answer questions as needed.
* Ensures that our Guests adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues.
* Bids farewell to Guests leaving. Ensures everything was satisfactory and invites Guests to return.
* Assists other Team Members as needed or as business dictates.
* Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness.

Job Summary
The Assistant Golf Professional supports daily golf operations at the club. This position assists Pro Shop activities and coordinating golf-related services to enhance the member and guest experience. Reporting Structure
• Reports to the Head Golf Professional
Day to Day
• Engage with members through golf events, personalized interactions and promotion of golf programs. Participate in rounds of golf as needed to support player development initiatives.
• Support the cleanliness and organization of all outside areas, including staging zones, practice ranges and golf cart storage, ensuring a well-maintained environment.
• Contribute to the success of golf activities by coordinating, promoting and managing tournaments and special golf-related events.
• Assist in managing the handicap program, pro-shop operations and practice facilities to deliver seamless and efficient service for all members.
• Provide guidance to golf attendants, pro-shop personnel and outside services staff on customer service excellence, tee time management, check-in procedures and guest fee processing.
• Maintain consistency in operational procedures, including standards for staging areas, driving range setup and golf cart storage.
• Support the promotion of golf clinics, private lessons and specialized programs for adults, juniors and seniors, fostering high member satisfaction and alignment with club standards.
• Assist with budgeting, inventory planning and control by providing staff with guidance on inventory procedures, maintaining adequate stock levels, and overseeing product display, pricing strategies and promotions to drive ales and meet member needs.

Job Summary:
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will be a key leader in the culinary team, working directly under the Executive Chef and assuming full operational responsibility in their absence. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, including meal planning, procurement of food supplies, kitchen equipment, and meal production. You will supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring that food preparation is executed to Invited's high-quality standards while maintaining cost efficiency.
In addition to managing kitchen personnel and production, you will be responsible for implementing cost control measures and adhering to budgetary guidelines to ensure the profitability of the Food Preparation Department. A thorough understanding of health, sanitation, and licensing regulations is essential to maintaining compliance and ensuring the highest standards of food safety. Day-to-Day:
Oversee the development and execution of menus and meal planning/production, adapting to forecasted Member counts to ensure optimal service and product quality.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen including equipment, work areas, counters, tools, and waste management, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Procure food supplies and kitchen equipment, including inventory organization and participation in periodic inventory counts.
Determine budgetary requirements for food supplies, kitchen equipment, and materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Analyze food and labor production reports, utilizing menu engineering and other data to control expenses and optimize operational efficiency.
Lead the recruitment, selection, and hiring processes for kitchen staff, incorporating the
Executive Chef's insights and recommendations to build a high-performing team.
Coordinate scheduling and adjust work hours and responsibilities to meet operational needs, addressing employee concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Evaluate and implement policies to uphold safe workplace practices, addressing and resolving any safety issues to ensure a secure environment for all employees.
Act as a key representative of the club in member interactions, including conducting daily table visits, gathering feedback, and promoting the club's reputation within the community and industry.
Provide professional and responsive service to members and guests, addressing requests and concerns with a focus on exceeding expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Lead by example and participate actively as a team member.
Regularly direct and oversee the work of at least two or more full-time employees, ensuring effective teamwork and operational cohesion.
About You:
Required
High school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
Health and sanitation card.
Food service management certification, Serve Safe.
Preferred
A college degree in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Demonstrate proficiency with all kitchen equipment, possess a comprehensive understanding of cost and labor controls, and be well-versed in both traditional and contemporary culinary techniques

Job Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the daily administrative operations of the club, ensuring the office functions efficiently and effectively. Job Summary
The Front Desk Fitness Attendant is responsible for shaping the members' experience by creating exceptional first and last impressions at the club. The primary responsibility is to deliver friendly and welcoming service through every interaction, embodying our commitment to Warm Welcomes, Magic Moments, and Fond Farewells. The role will greet members and guests with enthusiasm, assist with inquiries, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a seamless experience throughout their visit.
Reporting Structure
• Reports to the Fitness Manager or Fitness Director
Day to Day
• Ensure all members and guests check in when using the club and that all members are addressed by name.
• Connect with members regularly and promote club activities.
• Create personalized service for members, including providing towel and water service while members are exercising.
• Promote the facility amenities, programs and the club while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service that aligns with the values, philosophies, and standards of the club.
• Answer telephones promptly and courteously and direct all calls to the appropriate areas.
• Must be knowledgeable of the following as applicable: tennis court reservation policy, personal training, fitness programs, youth center reservation policy, group exercise class descriptions, class reservation schedules, and all upcoming club events and specials.
• Perform close business functions following guidelines and procedures established by the club.
• Ensure the timely completion of daily assignments within designated areas to meet Club standards and maintain orderly and organized workspaces, tidying and arranging entry areas, and restocking and organizing the shop.
Additional Duties
• Due to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
• Follow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.

About You
Preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fitness, hospitality, or similar environment.

Job Summary:
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership and seamless execution of all food and beverage operations across the club. This role partners with the General Manager and Executive Chef to uphold the highest standards of service and culinary excellence, ensuring that member experiences consistently exceed expectations. The Director plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and financial performance, including revenue growth and profitability, while fostering a culture of exceptional service.
In this leadership role, the Director will oversee the entire front-of-house service teams, manage vendor relationships, and lead initiatives to enhance member satisfaction through innovative programming, pricing strategies, and promotion of club events. Additionally, the Director will ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and club standards, positioning the club as a prestigious destination for members. By aligning operational practices with the club's strategic goals, the Director of Food & Beverage will contribute to the long-term success and reputation of the club.
Day-to-Day:
Maintain exceptional member relations and facilities by creating a high-quality environment through staffing, programming, service operations, and maintenance.
Identify and implement opportunities for member events and food and beverage services to meet ongoing member needs and achieve revenue objectives.
Communicate with members both individually and in groups to ensure the club consistently exceeds their expectations.
Work with the member committees to develop and implement member activities and events that enhance member engagement.
Interact professionally with members and guests, accommodating changes and last-minute requests as needed.
Develop aggressive sales, marketing, and net revenue plans for food & beverage, and oversee their successful implementation according to Invited budgeting and revenue guidelines.
Ensure expense control systems are in place, closely monitoring department expenses,including payroll-to-revenue ratio, and utilizing appropriate forecasting systems.
Oversee scheduling of all service personnel, manage labor cost budgeting, and ensure accurate time reporting through time management systems. Ensure accuracy in hours worked and adherence to policies and procedures outlined in the Time Management Policy.
Ensure service recovery programs are effectively implemented, with staff trained to handle Member concerns.
Recruit, hire, and develop qualified staff committed to service excellence, understanding the relationships between Member satisfaction, value, and retention.
Create an excellent work environment, focused on teamwork, mutual respect, and Member satisfaction while achieving the 3-steps of service and revenue objectives.
Develop employees for career advancement using performance reviews, cross-training, and developmental planning.
Administer appropriate compensation packages in line with labor laws and ensure comprehensive on-boarding for new hires.
Implement and execute training programs consistently to ensure staff deliver quality service and products.
Work closely with the Membership Director, Superintendent, Head Golf Professional, Event Sales Director, and Marketing to ensure alignment in all matters related to food & beverage operations.
Attend and lead department head meetings, food & beverage meetings, and hold regular service training sessions to ensure staff is well-informed and prepared.
Conduct daily line-ups to review events of the day and menu items with the service team.
Ensure all staff adheres to mandated policies and procedures, particularly the Time Management Policy, and that all labor-related processes are properly followed.
Oversee procurement, scheduling, and payroll responsibilities, ensuring compliance with club policies and regulatory requirements.
Continuously monitor service operations, ensuring all aspects of the F&B department align with the club's standards and goals.
Oversee the food and beverage aspects in Private Events, attending BEO meetings, determining product and staffing needs, and ensuring smooth operations.
About You
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of 5 years in Club management or related role within the Food & Beverage industry.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred certifications include Food Handlers Certificate, Alcohol Safety, STAR Service Certification, ABC Certification, and CPR Certification.
Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar operations, with the ability to make financial decisions. Mistakes in expense allocation could significantly impact departmental profit and loss.
Strong experience handling highly confidential material such as member and employee data.
Knowledgeable in Service Training and Alcohol Management.
Proficient in computer skills, including spreadsheet software, with strong communication abilities and demonstrated leadership skills.
Completion of all food & beverage online training modules: Service Training, Host Training, Bartender Training, Server Assistant Training, Banquet Server Training, Beverage Cart Attendant Training, Kitchen, Employee Training, F&B Refresh Training, Culinary Safety, Food Safety, and Alcohol Safety

Job Summary
The Starter Golf is responsible for managing the flow of play on the golf course, ensuring an orderly and efficient experience for all players. Day-to-Day

Help members/guests by locating lost balls, offering rides when requested, and supporting their needs on the course.

Maintain a sufficient supply of scorecards, pencils, tees, and other essentials to support a smooth experience for members/guests.
Ensure timely presence on the course according to the schedule, coordinating with starters or golf operations staff to report any incidents or issues.
Uphold and enforce all club rules related to the golf course, ensuring a consistent and fair experience for all players.
Repair ball marks, fill divots with topsoil, pick up loose items, and ensure cart guidance ropes and supports are properly positioned.
Collaborate with other golf operations staff such as Outside Services, Range Attendants, and Cart Attendants to ensure efficient and seamless service.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed to meet club standards, including maintaining cleanliness on the course, restocking supplies, and ensuring signage is tidy.
Keep members/guests informed about club offerings, features, upcoming events, and specials available in the Golf Shop.
