SUPERVISES: Banquet Servers
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION:
To serve food in a friendly, professional and efficient manner to our banquet clients, thereby enhancing their experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES:
To supervise, counsel and assist our banquet wait staff on all breakfasts, lunches and dinner functions.
To work closely with our kitchen staff and assist them in adhering to the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift and carry minimum of 30 pounds.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have basic knowledge of food and beverages preparation.
