Barbaricum is currently seeking a proficient Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in support of the Program Executive Office Soldier, focusing on the engineering, building, testing, and deployment of innovative cloud service offerings.
Responsibilities:
Possesses and independently applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Create and edit graphics, multimedia presentations, pamphlets, and handouts using Government-provided software applications.
Develops and integrates slide masters, templates and formats to ensure consistency and aesthetics of design and layout. Balances presentation features for visual impact and emphasis.
Incorporates digital images, video, audio, animations and slide transitions into electronic presentations as required. Uses current clipart and file formats.
Creates, edits, resizes, crops, adjusts parameters (color, brightness, etc.) and converts file formats of raster (bitmap) and vector images.
Prints, assembles and prepares briefing packets and booklets as required.
Coordinates with customers to determine requirements for content, organization, and style; advises customers on solutions, alternative approaches, best practices and production timelines to meet objectives.
Maintains an organized, accessible electronic library of digital imagery, videos, other content used to create media products that can easily be retrieved review and reuse.
Performs other administrative duties dependent on supported organization position demands.

Compensation
Our consultants are rewarded for their technical and business contributions and have an opportunity to plan for future success and career growth. Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent. At the Manager level and above total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.

You will be responsible for
Managing and organizing pre-market approval projects, such as GRAS, FAP/CAP, NDIN, and FCNs
Providing strategic regulatory consulting related to food additives/ingredients, novel foods, botanical ingredients, and dietary supplements
Interacting with clients and FDA regulators
Preparing complex technical reports
Project management and project budget oversight

Compensation
Our consultants are rewarded for their technical and business contributions and have an opportunity to plan for future success and career growth. Exponent's total compensation plan is consistent with its expectations of the quality and quantity of work performed and with the professional standards set by Exponent. At the Manager level and above total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and capabilities which will be assessed during the interview process.
